Hotel Figueretes

Hotel básico, óptimo si solo buscas “dormir” pese al ruido aunque esto es típico en Ibiza. Lo mejor: la ubicación con una calita en frente, lo peor la LIMPIEZA, toallas sucias y el suelo del baño con pisadas antes de llegar.

Hotel carino e posizione buona ma difficile da trovare e camere poco pulite e datate… non avevamo l’aria condizionata né il frigo bar. Va bene per una/due notti massino

I was having a busy day at work and didn’t read much about the hotel, nor the reviews or amenities, etc.. I looked more for the location as we always stay in Ibiza town. So I made the booking for the only room available at the hotel. On the hotel photos everything looks fine but for my surprise on arriving there was no air conditioning, Wi-Fi in the room or refrigerator. I felt like I did a mistake but had to stay because the booking wasn’t refundable anymore, we tried to relax and not to show any disappointment with the room and the hotel but for our surprise on the second day in the morning while asking some information at the reception we left our beach bag unattended on the sofa, where there was 3 people sitting using the internet on the reception. We left the hotel and when we arrived the beach we had lunch and when we were going to pay there was no more money in both of our wallet and on my wallet was our gold wedding rings that was also stolen. We came back to the hotel and in the moment we spoke with the receptionist what happened she refused to help. We asked the manager to come to the hotel and when she arrived she didn’t let us have access to the CCTV to see if someone took our money and rings. We went to the police station and made the police report but as many of you know when you leave Spain the Spanish way to deal with things can go long. We may not get any answers from the hotel or the Ibiza police but writing this review we want people to be aware that you will not gonna feel safe at the Hotel Figueretes. There’s no security at the door and anyone can enter the hotel and easily sit in the internet area and pretend to be a guest and steal your belongings. So if you’re thinking of staying at this hotel, think twice because the money I saved is definitely nothing compared to what I lost.

If your looking for 5 Star your in the wrong place! But if you want a quirky slice of Ibiza History clean basic, lovely staff and a location that makes you smile every time you walk out the door! Well..

Alors que dire ... On comprends pourquoi sur le site il n'y a que des photos de l'extérieur de l'établissement. La chambre est sordide, vétuste, pas même d'air conditionné sachant qu'en plein mois d'août la température monte à 35 degrés dans la chambre. Le couloir qui mène à la chambre est glauque. La vue de la chambre donne sur... Rien. Toutefois c'est propre. Serviettes et drap bien blanc. C'est déjà ça. Et le personnel à l'accueil est sympathique. Ah oui la cerise sur le gâteau, le coffre fort est en option, à payer en supplément. Le départ est à 11h, ce qui n'est vraiment pas pratique. Le fait est que c'est un hôtel un étoile mais que sur les site de réservation, on voit 4 étoiles de satisfaction(????) d'où la confusion. Heureux de n'y passer qu'une nuit.

Posizione molto buona, camere antiquate e prive di aria condizionata. La nostra camera non dava sul mare (peccato) era posta sulla parte interna e dalla finestra arrivavano odori molto particolari. Consiglio date una svecchiata a tutto l'hotel. Personale gentilissimo.
