THE GOOD : ROOM: get an accessible room if you can, plenty of space for wheelchairs / assistance for any movement difficulty (I was very pregnant when I stayed and used all the rails!) - also has a FRIDGE, large space, fantastic rooms (I had room 4). POOL: a quiet/empty (!) pool in high season, GREAT softbalinese beds, lit up at night, long enough to swim lengths. THE BAD: Imma GONZALEZ - rude receptionist on front desk Zero help with my luggage even tho my bags were small - I just could not bend down and she said she’s not interested Wifi instructions - she didn’t say a thing - I had to walk back to the desk to ask her - she failed to give me the information up front Walking back and forth while heavily pregnant is not great but she again said tough, you come here and I tell you. Zero customer service, zero empathy. Not a nice human being - should be working in back office, not with guests.
