We paid extra for buffet breakfast which was awful, cold scrambled eggs, tomato, raw bacon, mushrooms - all cold. toaster didnt work, cheese was always melting in heat No plates for bread, my daughter put 2 rolls on napkins for table & was told to put them back, accused of potentially taking 2 x 5c rolls out when walking to table! She explained no, theres no plates! Every morning after girl at door & chef stood staring at our table trying to intimidate us, even stood behind poles spying - an absolute joke! Avoid at all cost!

I was due to stay here for a family birthday my flight was cancelled and I tried to contact the hotel immediately via phone call, direct message through booking and email. I had saved all year for this trip I did not receive a response for four days and I continued to try and contact them daily. The hotel then proceeded to take the full balance without any discussion about my situation. I am extremely disappointed as I did everything I could within the circumstances I was left, I’m yet to hear back from them six days and would not want any other traveller to find themselves in this position. I would therefore then not recommend this hotel.

All staff are very friendly and super helpful. Helped us with booking taxis, booking excursions, suggestions on nice restaurants and just general information about the hotel and area. Rooms and clean and air-con is good and on anytime you want.

Writing this review towards the end of a week-long stay with my teenage daughter. Apparently we are amongst the first guests of the 2024 season and so our experience of the accommodation is perhaps different from when it’s fully booked at the height of the season. However I thought an early, practical review for this year might be helpful. It will be obvious from any listing of this accommodation that it’s a basic self catering set up. That said, there have been a few things about our stay that have elevated this beyond basic, in my view, and made it a stay that exceeded expectations. The most important of which have been the staff, who have been so welcoming, helpful and friendly the entire week. They gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble and very quickly sorted out a couple of small issues on arrival. Special mention of Alicia and Nicole, who also helpfully recommended places to visit and to dine. The twin bedded studio allocated to me and my daughter is very spacious, plenty room to give each other breathing space! There are several blocks of accommodation of three storeys. - ground, 1st and 2nd. Some overlook the street, some overlook one of the two pools, a few of the higher ones from what I can tell, will have a view of the sea in the distance as ours does. It was perfectly clean on arrival and is serviced every day. I can be a bit squeamish at the prospect of accommodation attracting bugs in hot places and never for one moment felt this could be an issue, the room was kept clean and small measures help to keep it so. Common sense like not leaving open food packets anywhere but in the fridge, helps! Regarding cooking/kitchen equipment I scrutinised the available pics when booking,trying to see if there was a basic oven or grill: there isn’t. That said I probably wouldn’t have been planning anything more adventurous than heating up pizzas so it’s not anything that I really missed. I think management has taken on board some comments in reviews from last year, this year there is a kettle and toaster, as well as microwave, two-ring electric stove and a full size under counter fridge. There is also basic crockery/cutlery for 3. Tea cups and small juice-style glasses only. (I bought a mug locally for my morning coffee!). On arrival you will have a pack with a small amount of washing up liquid, a cleaning sponge and cloth. All in all it’s enough for basic cooking. A chopping board might be handy if considering future additions (not suggesting you pack one!). The basic equipment won’t faze more adventurous chefs than me, if desired! The accommodation is situated at the end of a busy street with tourist shops, two or three shops selling huge choices of booze and snacks (one of the closest to the accommodation also sells perfectly-mini sized jars of coffee, detergent for hand-washing laundry and other helpfully holiday-sized supplies). It’s about a 10 min walk to a pretty good Eroski supermarket for fresh bread, fruit and veg.

The apartments were clean and tidy . There was a lack of kitchen equipment, there was no kettle in the rooms , which made make coffee slight dangerous having to use a saucepan to boil water. Pool area was small but nice and we were always able to get some sun beds . Breakfast was good and the apartments were in a good location
