Wir hatten im Hotel insgesamt einen guten Aufenthalt. Ich würde sagen, dass ich für die Erfahrung bereit war, da ich schon frühere Kritiker gründlich gelesen habe. Wir waren dort mit unseren zwei Kindern und Großeltern für eine Woche: Pros: - Lagen - Innenpool - Lagune - Outdoor - mini Golf - Verbundene Zimmer für Familie - Familienatmosphäre - Gala Abendessen Cons: - veralteten Badezimmern - und wir haben 3 von ihnen getestet, um zu sprechen zu Zimmerveränderungen aufgrund von Überbuchungen ☺️ (Ich hoffe, sie werden die Haushaltsmittel zur Renovierung der Badezimmer, da wir wirklich schlecht geurten und die Dusche waren ungenau + intermittler kaltes Wasser) - Abendbuffet kann verbessert werden - keine Aufmerksamkeit auf Details: Nicht super timide, nicht saubere Tische in der Bar - Mietwagen nicht gut verwaltet.. wir konnten Fahrräder lücklich vermieten, aber die Hälfte der Parks waren flach ... wurde gesagt, es wurde von einem dritten Anbieter verwaltet... sowie ein Kunde, Ich kümmere mich nicht um, wer es verwaltet .. Wenn es angekündigt wird, sollte es richtig verwaltet werden. Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Zeit, aber wir kommen zurück, wenn die Badezimmer wieder fertig werden. Und wäre großartig, wenn es etwas sauberer sein könnte.

Sehr gute Unterkunft für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie, sehr empfangend Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt, ruhiges Hotel, sehr gut gelegen, nichts zu sagen. Reinigen Zimmer, alles, was notwendig ist, um einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Region zu verbringen.

This is work not holiday for me and my stay is always lengthy. If having to be away from home this particular staff and I mean every department does NOT disappoint. They are Kind, considerate, caring, have professional attitudes, fun and down to earth, helpful, go above and beyond, to help in any way ..they always smile and laugh and have fun with you while still being professional too. Charlene, Jill, Clotidle, Pauline, Laura, the night shift staff when you need anything they are right there available:) Bernarde, housekeeping staff group of ladies (all of them) LOVE, The owners of this hotel are sweet and friendly, make time to listen and always make a moment to talk and enjoy their guests. You can’t get that just anywhere - so awesome. This darling little find is clean, the air conditioning is amazing, the internet very good, they have a pool (medium size) but doesn’t disappoint:) is inviting and kept very nice with lounge chairs and ample towels so you do not have to take from your room. Cute little restaurant that holds their own. The Chefs and staff do a remarkable job. The rooms are kept clean and with very good quality linens that are freshly clean and pressed. Everyone who works there is always so helpful and welcomes you. I’m so happy to have found this hotel. As with feeling safe always when I stay there.

So very glad we chose to stay here on our travels between M****ille and Saint Tropez. Picked Hyeres at random and this hotel based on reviews. Beautiful property with easy convenient parking. We were greeted courteously and assisted professionally. Our room was top notch. More spacious than others we encountered and it was well furnished. We were lucky to get a very large (like huge-bigger than my living room at home) outdoor sitting area. It was awesome. We had breakfast delivered and sat outside for a wonderful start to our day. The ****** was a bonus. We played live blackjack with a very patient dealer. We let him know we were not experienced so he slowed the game at first as we we were the only players at the table. As more folks arrived the game sped up. Dinner was superb. The Chef is very talented and his sous chefs are very active. We has an excellent view of the kitchen and were entertained watching them work. The food was terrific. We had the flowered zucchini, salmon, and pasta with truffles. Highly recommend.

Ich genossen sehr, im OKKO Hotels Toulon Center zu bleiben. Dieses Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, bietet schöne Snacks und Getränke und hat neue Einrichtungen. Es ist der beste Bang für den Buck! Das Hotelpersonal war auch großartig. Sie waren immer so freundlich und freundlich. Ich bin sicher, dass ich beim Hotel bleiben würde, wenn ich wieder Toulon besuche.
