Hotel ist gut, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, chinesisches Essen auf der Etage. Udon, gebratener Reis mit Garnelen ist gut. Eines Tages bestellte ich gebratenen Ananasreis, aber es war Curry drin, aber ich biss nicht hinein. Das Hotel hat mich gebeten, die Gruppe zu verlassen und war sehr überrascht und glücklich

Das war mein zweites Aufenthalt in Le Meridian Hyderabad. Hatte eine große Erfahrung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Besondere Erwähnung für Padmakshi und Rahul, die sich um uns kürzlich um unsere Bedürfnisse kümmerten. Wir werden sicherlich wieder besuchen.

Um mich richtig ausdrücken zu können schreibe ich diese Bewertung in meiner Muttersprache und überlasse es Google und Co, es ihnen richtig zu übersetzen. Mein Englisch haben sie ja scheinbar nicht verstanden. Sorry dafür, falls es an mir lag. Nun zum Thema: Gleich am Anfang meines 7 wöchigen Aufenthalts in ihrem 5* Hotel sind mir die Missstände im Restaurant aufgefallen. Besteck und Geschirr mit eingetrockneten Wasser- , Kalk- und Speiseflecken, Tische mit ekelhaft verschmierten Speiseresten und Putzschlieren sowie ungeschultes Personal. All meine Hinweise und Gespräche mit dem Chefkoch, dem Restauran****ager, dem ***ager of Services und sogar dem Direktor of Operations blieben leider ungehört. Vom gleichgültigen Bedienungspersonal ganz zu schweigen. Sehr wohl habe ich die Ansätze einer Besserung bemerkt, aber die sind leider, vermutlich an der Mentalität des Personals, gescheitert. Fazit: Auch nach 7 Wochen hat sich an den Zuständen nichts geändert. So bleibt mir nur, für unseren nächsten Einsatz in Hyderabad ein anderes Hotel für die ganze ***nschaft zu besorgen. Bitte keine weiteren Entschuldigungen. Davon habe schon so viel dass ich sie nicht mehr tragen und ertragen kann. Mit freundlichen Grüßen REL

Im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise verbrachte ich mehrer Tage im ITC Kohenur. Bereit bei der Begrüssung war klar dass der Service einen sehr grossen Stellenwert hat. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Eine stilvolle Einrichtung mit klassischen Elementen gepaart mit modernen Einflüssen. Frühstücksbuffet: sensationell! Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch die Restaurants im Haus. Ich würde in Hyderabad kein anderes Hotel buchen.

Das Drinagesystem im Dusch muss b verbessert werden, weil das Wasser „überschwemmt“ und nicht ordnungsgemäß fließt. Zusätzlich muss es einen Blower im Dusch geben. Das Essen ist fantastisch und sehr geschmackvoll, aber ***y der Desserts waren stolz, so glaube ich, sie könnten verbessert werden. Auch Vivek war sehr nett und zögerte nicht, mir zu helfen, immer mit meiner Tochter Zwiebeldose und Kaffee. Azam und Riyaz Services waren während des Frühstücks toll. Bestes Teil sind Wassermelon, Detox und Getränke sind toll!!

It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. Apart from the clean and spacious, well lit rooms, this hotel should be preferred by the ones who always crib about the staffs of the hotel and their services, because you'll have no complaint against them. They are very polite and their hospitality is amazing. Now, about the food review; as I had opted only for the breakfast, the options at the breakfast buffet at MoMo cafe is great and the preparation is also very satisfactory. The only issue is that the location of this hotel is adjacent to Marriott Convention and on food delivery apps, the delivery executives might get confused, so please mention the correct address and guide them properly. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
