It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. Apart from the clean and spacious, well lit rooms, this hotel should be preferred by the ones who always crib about the staffs of the hotel and their services, because you'll have no complaint against them. They are very polite and their hospitality is amazing. Now, about the food review; as I had opted only for the breakfast, the options at the breakfast buffet at MoMo cafe is great and the preparation is also very satisfactory. The only issue is that the location of this hotel is adjacent to Marriott Convention and on food delivery apps, the delivery executives might get confused, so please mention the correct address and guide them properly. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Fast zwei Wochen hier verbrachte großes Hotel, sehr freundlich. Das Buffet war voll oder lokales Essen und super freundlich. In wenigen Tagen hatte sie meine Bestellung bereit, als ich in das Frühstücksbereich ging. Schönes Blick von der Dachbar. Dank Karthik ist immer ein guter Service und ein gutes Getränk.

Out of this world. Showed us lots of love and care- each and everyone went out of their way to make us feel special with their personalized service- Made the experience truly Memorable and Royal! The ittar ( perfume) bath each evening or the evening high tea followed by the guide tour of the palace - thevery efficient staff who attended my mother in the wheel chair or the buggy ride and rose petals showers on us .. the peacocks in the courtyard or elaborate breakfast spread.. every moment was special!

Hotel ist gut, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, chinesisches Essen auf der Etage. Udon, gebratener Reis mit Garnelen ist gut. Eines Tages bestellte ich gebratenen Ananasreis, aber es war Curry drin, aber ich biss nicht hinein. Das Hotel hat mich gebeten, die Gruppe zu verlassen und war sehr überrascht und glücklich

Außerhalb der Lobby befindet sich eine Open-Air-Bar. Der Ton ist laut und laut. Das Hotelzimmer ist klar und laut. Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, da die Tauben auf der Fensterbank stehen. Es ist nicht sehr bequem. Die Warmwasserversorgung im Zimmer ist nicht gut. Nimm eine kalte dusche. ಥ_ಥ, der indische Kellner ist sehr höflich, daher gebe ich 4 Sterne

Fernseher ist nicht groß, andere sind sehr gut, groß, kann Kinder zum Zusammenleben bringen, Nichtraucherzimmer zu deklarieren, sonst hat das Zimmer Rauch, Papier, Zimmerservice ist nicht niedrig, Essen ist gut?

Ich bedaure, nicht auf die Vorschläge anderer Leute zu hören, in Novatel in der Nähe der Ausstellungshalle zu wohnen. Dieses Hotel ist gut eingerichtet, aber die Pflege ist nicht genug. Wenn der Wasserhahn im Bad locker ist, gibt es Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel im Haus, und es ist noch ein Abstand zum internationalen Standard von fünf Sternen...

Die Lage ist sehr gut, im zentralen Bereich von Hyderabad gibt es viel zu essen. Die Hotelumgebung ist auch sehr gut und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam.

Die Lobby ist geräumig und komfortabel. In der Lobby und auf den Etagen befinden sich Buddha-Skulpturen. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Dekoration ist schlecht. Es ist nicht so gut wie ein inländisches Express-Hotel. Das Badezimmer ist flach, es gibt keine Badewanne, keinen Duschvorhang und das Badezimmer kann nach dem Duschen nicht jedes Mal stehen. In der Freizeit habe ich mich in der Lobby aufgehalten, das Zimmer konnte nicht lange bleiben, im Wohngebiet, etwas weit weg vom Gewerbegebiet. Hotelbuffets, Zimmerlieferungen und Hotelwagen sind viel zu teuer, viermal teurer als normal. Die Lobby war angenehm überrascht, es war sehr enttäuschend das Zimmer zu betreten, mit dem Preis kann ich nicht leben. Das Hotel mit den wenigsten Renovierungsarbeiten in Indien. Werde nicht wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
