Highly recommended to stay at peace with family

Excellent Rooms- neat and clean rooms and washrooms, courteous staff and an excellent Patisserie. This hotel is 10mins drive to the HiTech City metro station. The only con I could see in this hotel was fhe “breakfast” assortment. The breakfast spread is below average. In terms of non-veg they only served Egg and some nonveg pudding. Apart from the breakfast bit, everything else in this hotel deserves a 5 star.

Neat rooms. Well maintained Nice reception. Near to main shops . Overall very good experience. I would recomend this place to my friends. Enjoyed the stay overall. It is a safe and secured place for family and friends. I will stay here only if I come to hyderabad

Rooms are very good, clean and well maintained. The on call service was prompt. They have a restaurant called "Roast 24 Seven" which was great. Their pastry and coffee collection is one of the best in the city. Food was tasty too. The buffet breakfast was not up to the mark for the price they charge.

Great place, the rooms are beautiful, tidy, huge and super clean! The hotel overall is a perfect place for stay, all the places are accessible and the staff is very good and polite. I would highly recommend it. It is totally worth every penny you pay.

I had my brother engagement planned at the Deccan Serai Grande Hotel at Gachibowli, Hyderabad in the month of February 2025. The main engagement party was done on the Terrace of the hotel and we also booked rooms for our travelling guests. Abhishek, the Banquet Manager was just amazing and so helpful and supportive throughout our events planned from making sure that are guests smoothly checked-in to the main engagement party and sangeet program. He made sure that I and my family were provided all the things needed in making sure the event was a success. He planned the entire 3 days breakfast, lunch, hi-tea and dinner at the first floor banquet hall and also made sure that the food quality ***** with the staff response was great. Abhishek also made sure that food taste was good by coordinating with the Head Chef and also helped us in getting extra tables for our external vendors for Fruit stall and sweets. He was just highly responsive and made sure we were getting what we need on time, thus making our event a huge success. Thanks, Abhishek and the entire team and staff including the rooms manager Syed, the waiters, bell boys, security guards and valets at the Deccan Serai Hotel in making our event a grand success. All of our family and relatives really loved the stay, facilities, rooms, all the events including the main engagement event and sangeet.
