Service good, cleanliness good, reception fast, bathroom is clean but worn out, resturent can b better.

One of the worst room in my recent 2 years visit. Not able to sleep. Rooms are smelling and dirty bed spread. Chairs are not dusted. Food is pathetic. Over all its not at all recommend

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days in from 10th Jan to 14th Jan.2025. We had decided on this hotel after reading the reviews from Trip advisor. It was indeed a nice and comfortable stay in all respects. All the reception staff were extremely helpful with particular reference to Mr.Mani who gave lots of guidance for our daily tours. He has excellent knowledge about all the tourist spots of Hyderabad, transport facility, and other details, which was useful during our stay there. The pure vegetarian restaurant food was very nice and the staff were extremely courteous. The complimentary Breakfast was very good and we had dinner also many nights. All other services were also very good such as housekeeping, Room service etc.. The only negative aspect is the most irritating TV PROGRAMMES through a cable TV operator namely, HATHWAY. MOST of the channels were not coming, Many of the FREE channels were not functioning. In other words, if you want relax by seeing TV, better don't come to this Hotel. Other than this problem, all other Amenities are excellent.

The hotel is located on a busy road but is centrally located. When i checked in the room was dirty. The floor has not been wiped as 10min inside the room the foot was filled with dirt. The food quality was ok. The hotel is old.

Very bad maintained room, you should give rating properly. It’s very bad, i don’t stay in that room looking at the condition of the room i dint check in and i need refund

Town centre and convenient to connect. Nice experience. Good hospitality. Cleanliness maintained properly.
