"Very conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you."

"Weekend qet weg für 3 Tage mit meinem Mann wollen wir einfach entspannen und genießen Sie die heiße Tube und Pool und haben einige ruhige Zeit , die einzigen Beschwerden, die ich hatte war ein paar Kinder laufen rund um, machen einige Lärme wissen nicht, wo war die Erwachsenen überwacht dort Kinder. War laut @ 1 am bis 2 am konnte ich nicht schlafen. War sehr anointed & de respektvoll für die andere hier im Hotel verblieben. Ich habe nicht die Verwaltung angerufen, ich sollte aber ich nicht. Oder und Kinder machten so viel Mist im Hallway Müll war unglaublich."

Second bedroom with twin beds. full bathroom with tub and shower. Dishwasher, washer-dryer, central AC, heat, TV, Wifi, outdoor shower, deck, Weber gas grill. Parking for 2 cars. The comfortable living room offers ocean views thru sliders to the deck. Beautiful ocean breeze and views of Nantucket Sound. From your deck you can watch ferries travel back and forth between the islands and Hyannis Harbor. SORRY NO PETS.
This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll on the footpath. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.
Cottage also overlooks a tidal basin with a variety of birds: Seabirds, gulls, plovers, swans, ducks, eagles, hawks, falcons and many others.
This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management and free linen service. All linens are provided, including sheets, blankets, pillows and pillowcases. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and washcloths, bar soap, TP and a hair dryer. Extra towels and washcloths are available free at the cottage supply shed next to the office. You will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is an iron and ironing board. In the kitchen, the cottage has paper towels, a bottle of dish soap, a dish towel, dishwasher tablets, and a pot scrubber. Laundry detergent for the washer. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, wine glasses, lobster pot. The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker and we provide the filters but not the coffee. Please bring a bag of your favorite ground coffee. Free daily trash pick-up from outside your front door each morning.
Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 20 to September 5. Two-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 20 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between September 5 and October 31 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).

The sunroom gives marsh views across the street and you can smell the ocean with the windows open. The large sunken master bedroom offers a KING size bed, double mirrored closets, and flat screen wall mounted TV. There is a full bath with tub/shower directly across the room. The second bedroom has a KING size bed, third bedroom has a QUEEN size bed and fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 FULL size bunks! These are all adjacent to a full bathroom with tub/shower. BONUS game room in the lower level with a Ping Pong table, Foosball, TV sitting area, laundry area and a bathroom with walk-in shower!!
