I paid with points at this hotel and still feel like I got cheated. I had stayed here before and had no problem, so when it worked that I was to pass through town again, I reserved without hesitation. No one was ever at the desk. Wifi inadequate No hot water Breakfast late and inedible

This place was horrible. The pics on website look nothing like actual rooms. The bed sheets had stains, pillows had drool spots & bath room had blood spots on wall. They used a toilet roll to hold up towel rack. The stairs felt like they were gonna fall in when going up to 2nd floor. All hotels were booked due to fair in town. We checked in & checked right back out! My husband travels for work we were in Hutchinson for a month we drove 27 miles to Mcpherson stayed at the new candlewood suites and he drove drove back and forth for work! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Great place and recently redone making a clean comfortable room I’ll be back. Bed was really nice great deal.

Stayed at this property because of the close proximity to the Cosmosphere Museum. The beds were okay, more on the firm side if you like that. The room was pretty clean to include the bathroom. The bathroom had a newer toilet and sink in it that worked. The room had plenty of lighting, but for some reason there were two unmatched table lamps that had no bulbs or shades and were not plugged in sitting on the two tables in the room. The biggest issue I had was the hot water did not work. The water got luke warm at best after letting it run for 7 minutes. The breakfast area is extremely small. For the price it is fine to stay for one night and pop over to the museum.

We had been staying at another motel on the other end of town but decided to try something new. We found the Baymont online and drove to it. We had no reservation but that was no problem. We checked in and had a great nights sleep. We will choose to stay here again.

Shoddy hotel, switch didn't work any lights, holes in bath towel, breakfast a joke, etc. My friend and I stayed 2 nights, each in our own room. I noticed a pile of lint left on the dryer, which was in a series of open cubby holes along the main hallway, which also held the washer, soda machine and trash can. In the 2 days we were there, no one bothered to throw it away. My room had no lights that turned on when I flipped the switch inside the door. Had to manually turn on light next to bed, a little disconcerting when checking in after dark. Of the 2 bath towels, 1 was not the least bit fluffy and the other had 2 holes that you could put at least 2 fingers thru. There was no spare tp roll and while there was a mini coffee pot and 1 filter of coffee, there was no sugar, creamer or decaf option. The safe was not usable as it would only give error code and the emergency exit plan was missing from back of the door. (My friend had emergency exit plan, but no Do Not Disturb sign). There is 1 teeny tiny breakfast area with an equally tiny cafe table crammed into corner of check in office. Only option by 730 was waffle, cereal or small blueberry muffin. No eggs, juice, yogurt or fruit.

Beds were quite comfortable, and room cleanliness above average. TV was iffy; The remote didn't work for the TV itself, only the cable box. The joystick control on the TV was finicky and took a bit of finesse to operate. There was no shower head upon arrival, but after mentioning it to the staff it was fairly quickly resolved. Rooms are exclusively non-smoking, and the doors are quite loud when closing. Despite the doors being quite loud, the rooms seem to do quite a good job of external sound dampening, so it didn't really interrupt our stay other than the occasional door slamming upstairs.

This motel is top-notch! The rooms were super clean, like they were just waiting for me to settle in. The breakfast spread was delicious, with lots of options to pick from. And the staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Definitely coming back here next time I'm in town!

Nice, comfortable, would stay here again. The desk clerk was very helpful. The hotel was centrally located for our stay and the events we attended. We would definitely recommend to others and stay here again if we are in the area.

Last three baymont hotels we stayed at have been horrible. They were run down, And dirty. Last one we stayed at was in hutchison kansas back in january 22 - 25th. The floor was very sticky and the bathtub had hair stuck on the walls. Stay there 3 days and they never once came to clean a room. This is the last time we stay at baymont ends ever. I can't believe Wyndham hotels let's tgem just get by with such bad hotels and rooms!

Don’t stay here. Please don’t stay here. It’s so bad y’all. The water was yellow when it came out of the tub and then the tub wouldn’t drain and then the towel was stained yellow and blood red/brown. It was truly the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The front desk person did nothing to help. I couldn’t even stay I had to leave. Go to the Fairfield next door they are way better. Worth the difference in price. Don’t stay here

they do not tell you that the place is under construction, or that the rooms are filthy, or that the beds are like sleeping on a 2x4 infact a 2x4 would be softer. check-in staff rude and condedscending.

If you are going to charge a fee for the room, it needs to be advertised on the website. Also empty trash cans when you clean the rooms. The trash can in the bathroom was full when we checked in. Breakfast ******. Cereal is not what I consider breakfast.

We have stayed at this motel for years. Upgrades over the years have been getting better but still needs improvement. Price for rooms are good. Please leave 4 large guest towels in a room that sleeps 4, not 2.
