"The room was infested with bedbugs. During the first night of my stay, I experienced severe itching. At first, I thought it was an allergic reaction to the detergent used to clean the linens but in the morning I noticed small scabs on my left wrist as well as swelling and itching extending throughout my hand. I also had swelling in the temples of my head, welts on the back of my neck, and itching in my right hand. I did some research and found they are symptoms of bedbug bites, and the symptoms lasted for several days. Because of that, I had to discard the clothes I wore as well as a personal towel that was on the bed with me, and sanitize all of my other clothes. Additionally, I needed to treat the seats and trunk of my car in case any of the parasites, their eggs, and/or larvae found it's way into the vehicle. *********** will not provide a refund even though I incurred expenses to replace what I needed to discard. After the fact, I looked up the reviews on Google Maps and found I was not the only guest who experienced these parasites. I urge potential guests to reconsider whether you would want to book a room at this hotel. "

"This hotel has NO elevator so if your room is on the 2nd floor, all luggage, etc., will need to carried up stairs. The stairwell smells awful, probably because it's closed off by doors and there's no air conditioning in the stairwell. The management is aware of the horrid smell becaus they've placed a plug-in in an outlet and that only makes the smell worse. The first room assigned to us did not have sheets on the bed, only a chenille bedspread and the bed itself was broken. Clearly the check-in clerk had not idea the condition of rooms. The focus of this hotel is housing for railroad workers and other guests are basically ignored. Maid service is not provided for non-railroad guests. This is not shared at check-in. Breakfast is carb-loaded. Go to Burger King which is next door. If you're passing through and need only one night, it's probably tolerable. The front desk appeared to be a hangout for workers and their friends which was creepy. We were in town for a funeral and stayed 3 nights. I cannot recommend this hotel."
