"The resort boasts of facilities on the app but in reality it is much dingier. No ac worked, no tv worked, the locks on the doors were broken. The basic amenities were not upto the mark. The cleanliness was questionable at times. Overall, considering the location it was okay, but definitely expected better based on the reviews and ratings on makemytrip"

"Property location is good, multiple activities to keep you occupied. Complementary activities are enough to spend nice time in nature. Few paid activities you can explore by yourself if have vehicle. The paid activities guy was rude. Atmosphere were amazing in last week of may24, two nights stay is much. Forest escapes housekeeping and maintenance is not upto mark. In package mentioned about fridge, but there were no fridge and even after reminding, it was not arranged. Tata sky connection had issue, but reluctant to fix the same. Restaurant staff is co-operative, 5star to them. Food is little costly."

"Stay was good as the location was the most perfect one for a staycation. Rooms were clean, however windows were a bit rusty which is understood from the rainy weather. Food was a bit disappointing as we have got the good feedback about the quality and taste but we had pathetic lunch on day 1. Dishes were overpriced and was not up to the mark, even dal was not having any taste. Staff were cooperative and had arranged tables for us to sit in the hall and enjoy family time"

"this is my second visit to this property in 2 months and i must say both times it's a wonderful experience. nice and clean premises and rooms. The staff is very helpful. The food is good but it would be better if they provide authentic malvani, marathi food too. property also has a small waterpark which is fun for kids but it would be nice if they offer some concession to those who have booked the lodging and want to enjoy the waterpark. overall we loved it."
