Wir genossen wirklich die Onsen-Session, vor allem der Sakura Pool, das ein Stück feiner Kunst war. Die Einzigart des Pools erhöhte die Freude, in heißem Wasser zu schlucken in einem kalten Abend. Die anderen Pools waren auch einzigartig, 1 mit Nano-Bubble, die wir erzählt wurden, wurde aus Japan importiert. Nach dem Schmelzen machte es unsere Haut glatt. Wir genossen auch den anderen Pool in der Nähe des Fensters, das mit der höchsten Temperatur war. Mit dem kalten Brisewind aus dem Fenster kamen wir so entspannt und komfortabel. Das Hotel bot im Allgemeinen einen tollen Service. Danke für ihre gezielten Gästeoffiziere. Wir hatten auch einen guten Schlaf auf dem komfortablen Bett. Für diejenigen, die einen entspannenden Urlaub wünschen und nicht zu weit von der zerstörerischen Genting Resorts Welt der Unterhaltung, ist das Yanné Onsen Hotel eine große Wahl.

Die Zimmergröße ist riesig, die meisten Einrichtungen sind mit Zahnbürsten und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Der Zimmerservice kann jedoch nicht so gründlich sein, wie der Boden noch Staub ist und wahrscheinlich weil das gesamte Gebäude noch teilweise unter Renovierung ist, kann der Ton und Staub ein wenig störend sein. Kein Zimmerservice / 24 März in der Nähe für die Hungersnot. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber einige Artikel sind schon kalt, obwohl sie im Buffetbereich sind. It’s not walking distance from Genting but thankfully for the shuttle services (not free, it ranged from 6RM - 10RM depending on timing). Aber das Personal ist freundlich. Room: The rooms are located in a separate building next to the lobby building. After checking-in, you will have to walk out of the lobby and turn right towards the residential building and car park. Cleanliness: Honestly, for a hotel with such great reviews I wonder why the “Executive 2 bedroom residence” is not well maintained. Cupboards all have stains and scratches. The windows are extremely filthy. They don’t seem to clean the windows so it’s full of bird droppings and some other stains, blurring and marring the otherwise beautiful view outside. When I entered the room, there were 2 bigass mosquitoes the size of my thumb (like Taiwan Jiufen/Shifen size mozzies) dead on the bedsheet and 2 on the window sill. Absolutely horrifying and disgusting. Amenities: They have a list of amenities they claim to provide in the room and if any goes missing, you’re liable to pay for them. But here’s the catch, most amenities are not actually in the room and are only provided upon request, such as bathrobes. So make sure you check what you have and what you don’t to avoid any possibility of being scammed Hairdryer’s button is loose and dead so the hairdryer turns on but you’re stuck on that high heat setting forever~ There is a kitchenette and a huge fridge but there are NO UTENSILS and NO CROCKERY and NO COOKWARE. You literally just have an induction stove but can’t do anything since no pots and pans provided. The kettle is also sus looking so don’t use. Should buy a travel kettle. Breakfast: Breakfast buffet was lovely. The spread was quite substantial and the food was not bad especially the nasi lemak. So sedap. BUT coffee and tea was horrid. They don’t have coffee machine for latte/cappuccino so you’re stuck with poor grade kopi-O kosong and teh-O kosong. Sugar and creamer packets are provided tho. Soft-boiled eggs were my go-to during my stay there haha. Their soft-boiled eggs are as good as yakun. Do note however that when heading for the breakfast buffet every morning, you will have to first go to the lobby building to take that lift to the cafe. BUT THE LOBBY REAKS OF PUBLIC TOILET SMELL AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL SMELL from the early morning. They literally have no air freshener in their lobby so be prepared to hold your breath every morning like I did when you pass by the lobby to the cafe for breakfast. Seriously stinks and makes me queasy before and after breakfast. I don’t think an air freshener is expensive SO INVEST IN ONE FOR GOD’S SAKE OH MY GOD. Others: There is a cafe/restaurant right downstairs the hotel called Gravity Cafe. Friendly warning don’t. Just Don’t. I’ve tried and tested. It’s a scam. A very big scam. RM119 for ONE Häagen-Daz size container of Tom yum soup with half a whole squid, 2 prawns and 2 mussels. The rest of the container is just maggie mee. A lot of maggie mee to make up for the claim of “serves 2”. RM5 for 1 serving of white rice was a shock to me. We ordered 2 sets of the Tom yum soup (which is supposed to serve 4 ppl) and 3 plain white rice for RM265.50 including room service delivery fee. Jokes on us. Overall: Good to try for once. Won’t come back again 👍🏻

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist perfekt, alles in allem. Eine Anfrage bei der Haushälterin ist nicht erforderlich. Das Bettlaken ist leicht schmutzig und weist Flecken auf. Essen👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Kein Frühstücksbuffet, es gibt ein festes Frühstück, das wir auswählen müssen. Aber trotzdem ist die Portion perfekt und lecker! Sie desinfizieren sich gut, nachdem sie vom Kunden verwendet wurden. Einrichtungen👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Schwimmbad ist super. Das Wasser ist sauber und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und eine kalte Brise. Es sind nicht viele Leute hier, wir können ohne zeitliche Begrenzung schwimmen. Fühlt sich an wie ein privater Pool. Der Parkplatz im Keller ist etwas dunkel.

Wir sind hier bei Batang Kali für eine Familientagereise und das One Home Hotel war nicht in unserem Plan. Wir müssen eine Ersetzung für unsere geplante reservierte Chalet finden, so dass wir nur zu diesem Hotel gehen. wert den Preis. Komfortable Bed. Einfache und schöne Zimmer Umgebung. TV verfügbar & Kanäle sind alle klar. Wasserheizer & Aircond funktioniert gut. Coway Wasserversorgung. Sauber Badezimmer. 2 Handtücherversorgung. Einige Komplimentar 3in1 Kaffee. Kein Schrank, aber es gibt eine Wandbohrung in Kleidung hängen, die genügt für 6-7 Kleidung. Alles in allem würde ich hier sicher zurückkommen, wenn ich wieder nach Batang Kali komme und ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv an jemanden empfehlen, der nach Batang Kali kommt.

A nice and relaxed container cabin type of accommodation in a secluded corner of a residential neighborhood. The cabins are clean, with basic amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. It also comes with bath towels, clothes hangers and loads of old books to read. Outside of the cabin, you are allowed to do basic cooking, there is an outdoor seating area too, but if you need heavy cooking then there is a fully equipped kitchen too. There is a communal area for breakfast and meals with less than 20 seats, overlooking the salt water pool. In the evening, its can be breezy and you will hear the sounds of crickets and other insects, truly away from the sounds of traffic. But, be aware that this place is not very big and if there are a few families with kids in the pool, their noise level will definitely be louder than the sounds of nature. The owner Chen is a friendly and professional character, he built this place more than 7 years ago, he is very helpful and responsive, so depending on the type of activity you are here for, he will definitely be able to share some great insights and tips.
