酒店雖然是村民開的民宿，但是在主路路邊，非常醒目好找。小樓是新建，房間也是新裝修的，非常乾淨整潔，設施配備齊全，床品也很不錯。有Wifi，空調，熱水，網絡電視等等。老闆兩口子非常好，熱情周到。看我是一個女生，還幫忙拎行李上下樓，第二天還凌晨5點就起床，免費給我送到了機場，太感動了，非常值得推薦。

房間裝修還不錯，設施都挺新的，建議訂雙床房會比大床房大一些，多一個沙發。廁所也挺大的，不過沒有衣櫃，衹能掛行李台上不太方便。
環境：
被羣山環繞，房間就可以看到鬱鬱葱葱的山景。
服務：
還可以，有求必應。路上碰到服務員也會打招呼。
遊樂設施：
當初選這個酒店就是看中它270平的超大室內遊樂場，確實很好玩，娃丟進去一下午都出不來，裏面玩的東西也很豐富，堪比Meland了。
温泉一般，池子比較少也很小，而且在半山坡上。
頂樓還有個無邊泳池，拍照挺好看的。
酒店附近有個景點叫石河奇觀，走過去大概5分鐘，很適合徒步，有“小九寨”之稱，碧綠的溪水還挺漂亮的，夏天可以來溯溪。
餐飲：
早餐種類不多，味道也一般，有個現做的腸粉還行。
正餐的話可以去附近的農家樂吃。
總的來説體驗感還是很不錯，非常適合一家老小來度假遊玩。

ʚʚ ღ ɞWell, where do I begin. We booked a month stay in Wei Gang Wan in Huizhou to be close to family. We travelled from Hongkong international airport in taxi (approx. 2 and half hours) to the address provided by trip.com which turned out to be the wrong address. And then phoned the customer service in the evening to be told it was the completely wrong building, we had to to get an electric scooter down with all 4 large luggages and 5 people in, luckily we had the help of family to get about as its fairly remote and there's no taxi service around. The location was adjacent to local amenities and right by the beach. But you have to have Wechat - a Chinese App) to get all the info where to go and how to get in the room. It was not straightforward as we expected especially after 30+ hours journey and at night time.
The room has a sea view but different to pictures they advertised. Asked to change to a room like the ones they had on trip.com but told not available. Overall, the rooms are acceptable clean and spacious. The TV channels are very limited as they only had very basic package and did not subscribed to any additional packages, so it'm has very limited access to the Olympics games. WiFi is slow and restricted to access to certain western apps. The TV was old and the Backlight was faulty, however it was not replaced during our stay. Another problem was the bed surface very hard like sleeping on cardboard boxes.
Despite some issues we faced, I must say the customer service was very good, they available 24/7 and always there to help.
All in all, due to the location despite some problems we will consider to stay again in the future.

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

The first thing that caught our attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere we looked, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. It was such a relief to know that the hotel prioritized hygiene and cleanliness, especially during these times.
One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

MMariaCWir haben in 2 Hotels während unseres Aufenthalts in Huizhou geblieben. Ich würde sagen, für Familien, Kinder und Jugendliche ist dies eine wirklich gute Option (auch nicht billig, für 1.500rmb pro Nacht).
Das Hotel verfügt über große Einrichtungen wie Tischtennis, Billard, KTV, Fitnessraum, etwa 5 Restaurants (Chinesisch, Kantonesisch und Thai), etwa 5 Pools (einige davon haben Schleife für Kinder, und ein unendliches Pool nahe dem Strand), einen Strand mit Wassersport und Volleyball sehr nahe den Zimmern, und eine Schaumfest für kleine
Das Zimmer hatte einen Meerblick und 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Kühlschrank.
Die Unterseite war unser Zimmer, das auf dem Turm 4 war ein wenig alt und schmelzte von Form, und der Strand ist ziemlich laut, aber ich würde sagen, wir schliefen komfortabel.
Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen nicht Englisch, aber als wir an den Vorderbüro-Personal angekommen waren, fügten wir meinen WeChat hinzu, so dass wir alles beantragen konnten, was wir brauchen, was sehr hilfreich war.
Das Grünkurren im thailändischen Restaurant war sehr schön, und das Frühstück hatte eine Vielzahl von Optionen (westlich und chinesisch), darunter Getreide, frisches Obst, Pan au Schokolade, Gemüse, Eier, Nüsse Soße, gefrierter Reis, gefrierter Nüsse, Waffeln mit Honig, unter anderem.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete.
