Das Hotel ist modern gestaltet, wo das Dekor in guter Lage ist und die gemeinsamen Räume und Zimmer sind sauber. Die Zimmer haben einen Boden bis zu einem Deckplatz und es gibt einen großen Spaziergang in der Dusche, wie ich mag. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der schweigend ruhig ist. As the Hilton Garden is connected to a Doubletree (the share the same driveway) the hotel is full service, including room service, which was prompt and the food hot and wine from the Doubletree's collection. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurantoptionen gerade unten auf dem Hügel. Natürlich müssen Sie dann auf dem Hügel nach oben gehen! Es schien nicht das Futter, sondern mein besonderer Monitor. Das Front Desk sagte, sie schickten einen Techniker, um es zu reparieren, aber ich sah nie eine Verbesserung. So konnte ich nur sehen, indem ich es ausschalten, warten ein paar Minuten und zurückkehren. Das würde mir noch ein paar Minuten Zeit zu sehen kaufen. Wie auch immer, obwohl der Führer sagte, es war CNN in Englisch, es gab nicht. Nur Fox (die ich nicht mehr als eine Minute überwachen konnte 😊) oder die BBC, die sich selbst zeitweise wiederholt, scheint es. Neben dem TV, das ich vermute, eins ist aus, werde ich zurück.

I stayed for 10 nights simply to get work done quietly without any distractions (as an experiment in a burst of productivity). It worked out marvelously. Knowing I was committing to stay in the room and on the hotel grounds basically the whole time I took a lot of care in finding the perfect place. I didn't need a fun touristy location (the opposite) and therefore focused on Santa Fe. Among the hotels in the area I considered the Westin (I love their beds) and the JW Marriott, a chain I've enjoyed in various cities. Also the Camino Real and the other Hiltons in the area. I am so glad I chose the Doubletree! The main reason was the room -- which was huge and perfect for my project. I had a separate large space just for work (with a table and a TV that I could hook up to my computer as a large-screen monitor with an HDMI cable). The unexpected bonus was the view from the room: spectacular from the floor- to-ceiling windows (high ceilings too!). With gorgeous storms during the rainy season. What I didn't realize was that the DT is up on a hill so it's positioned above the other hotels. (They do themselves a disservice by numbering their floors as they do. I was on the ”7th floor” but in reality it was the 12th floor since they have a bunch of lower floors with no numbers used for gyms and lobbies and such.) Bed and pillows hit the spot (not the best ever but I slept fine). Air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. One odd thing I've seen in other hotels too was a couple sensors on the ceiling, one of which flashed brightly intermittently all night. Why? I had climb up and cover it up with a hat as I'm sensitive to lights while sleeping. Dumb design. Another was some kind of motion sensor ... I never figured out what that was all about but it only flipped on when you walked around so it wasn't a big deal). The breakfast buffet was fine -- I had mostly the fresh fruit spread with yogurt and granola. The gym was also perfect for what I needed -- a treadmill, some free weights, and a yoga mat with almost nobody else ever there (including plenty of terrace areas which I used to work out with an app). There's a nice pool and a spa with massages. The lobby restaurant was exactly what I expected -- not a great restaurant but I ate there happily most nights and walked to Shu, an upscale Japanese restaurant inside the hotel (but with a separate entrance) the other nights. I don't recommend Shu as it was overpriced and felt like a nightclub. The building is well designed with its sister hotel the Garden Inn next door. Nice airy lobby with breezes and high ceiling. Complimentary fast printers in the lobby was a surprisingly generous touch. Walking distance to a fancy mall (Samara) where I got supplies and some snacks and bottles of water. Friendly staff. They accommodated my request for a small refrigerator and over time they remembered my preferences at the restaurant, which was appreciated (gracias Ariel in the morning and Mauricio

An sich ein schönes Hotel, mit ein paar negativen Punkten. Ein paar Tage vor der Ankunft war ein Upgrade in eine Suite in meiner Buchung ersichtlich, was uns sehr gefreut hat! Positiv bleibt das freundliche Personal beim Check-In in Erinnerung, das zu jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit war, auch ein Zimmerwechsel mitten in der Nacht war kein Problem, da es wegen einer Bar sehr laut war im Zimmer! Auch empfinde ich die Klimaanlage teilweise sehr laut, und sie ließ sich in einem Zimmer nicht einstellen. Als Diamond Mitglied war ich von anderen Hilton Hotels gewohnt, dass bei bei der Ankunft ein kleiner Obstkorb oder ähnliches auf dem Zimmer war, hier gab es leider nichts! Das Frühstück und Top, und sehr abwechslungsreich, was man von der Executive Lounge nicht sagen kann, jedoch war auch dort das Personal sehr freundlich! Am Ende hat das Personal dafür gesorgt, dass wir trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub hatten. Lieben Dank an das Team vom Check-In, Restaurant und Executive Lounge!

Mein Mann und ich waren in Mexiko City für eine Doktorbestellung und dieses Hotel war neben dem Hospital Los Angeles del Pedregal, wir haben diese App. Über die Straße war ein großer Einkaufszentrum, obwohl das nicht unser Vorschlag für die Reise war, wir genießen wirklich die schönen Restaurants, die dieses schöne Mall hat. Camino Real Hotel Pedregal war insgesamt ein großer Aufenthalt. Wir genießen wirklich die komfortablen Betten und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Der Service des Personals war freundlich und servierbar.

Wir haben mit diesem Hotel 3 Nächte lang unsere Roadtrip begonnen und sind nicht enttäuscht. Alle Angebote waren toll und kostenlos! (Sportraum, Parkplatz) Es ist ein weiterer, wenn man die Reisen und Parkplätze in Mexiko City kennen! Das Frühstück serviert jeden Morgen war frisch, am Tag und sehr gut. Le seul bémol est que pour les adeptes comme moi du chocolat chaud, ils ne servent pas ^^ et ils n'ont pas de confiture aussi. En ce qui concerne le beurre, il faut leur demander. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet (TV, Tafel, Toilette, Dusche, WC...) Negative Punkte, die wir bemerkt haben: Es bleibt ziemlich weit vom Zentrum entfernt und wir mussten nach Uber zu einigen Orten, Es ist kein Hotel zu wählen, wenn Sie zu Fuß fahren wollen.

Ein großer Gastplatz****, sehr großes Zimmer, alles sauber, sehr freundliches und effizientes Personal. Der Blick vom Terrasse ist sehr schön.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience traveling with Unique travel. Our driver Charly picked us up from our hotel in Cancun in a beautiful Lexus suv (one of my favorite luxury cars) and transported us to the airport. Charly has a great personality and was so pleasant to talk with on our way back to the airport. He shared some interesting facts about Mexico and told us of other great resorts to visit if we come back. I highly recommend Charly and Unique for comfortable, luxurious, safe and convenient travel in Mexico.

Everything feels solid and well-constructed with great attention to detail. Beds are comfortable with crisp snowy white sheets and duvet covers. We chose a suite and had plenty of storage and a very functional kitchen allowing us to take some meals in the room or courtyard. The hosts are very welcoming and available if you need them. They show that you don't need to compromise to live an eco-friendly lifestyle. Clever methods of passive lighting brighten the mood as well as the rooms. Heaters are present in the room, though we didn't need them during our stay. Like everything else, they are powered by electricity generated onsite from solar energy.
