Die Serviceeinstellung ist durchschnittlich, die Check-in-Zeit ist verspätet, Wartezeiten von mehr als einer Stunde, und der Check-in ist um 14:00 Uhr vorgeschrieben.Ich bin gegen 15:20 Uhr zum Hotel gegangen, und es gab kein Zimmer sagte mir, dass sie putzen und warteten in der Lobby.Nach 40 Minuten goss ich mir ein Glas Wasser ein. Das Zimmer war nicht wie angegeben, zu klein, Deluxe-Dreibettzimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt. 32 Quadratmeter. Eigentlich etwas über 20. 4-Sterne-Hotel, nicht dem Standard entsprechend.

Der Service ist großartig. Besonders am Frühstücksbuffet ist das Essen köstlich und das Personal immer lächelnd und freundlich. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit.

The good things about this hotel are the air conditioning works well, beds were comfortable and the location is very good. The bad things are lukewarm water temperature for showers, website has not been updates so no restaurant except breakfast and no bar, the pool and gym were not very clean, and worst of all it is noisy. Our room had a view of the pedestrian street and the crowd noise and music booming until late made it difficult to fall asleep. We are split on the breakfast food. My friend prefers western food for breakfast and that consisted of white bread, eggs and fruit. I on the other hand loved trying some of the Asian fare. The soup in particular was outstanding. I would not recommend this hotel

run as fast as you can and book another hotel . what a dive aircon didnt work . shower was terrible . staff rude . location was ok . needs total revamp . avoid at all costs and do not ruin your holiday . this hotel should be reviewed by any company useing it

Do not book this hotel!!!!!! It is 2 stars at best. Staff are brutally unsympathetic to concerns. Our Aircon, shower, fridge didn’t work. The toilet was so filthy from being so old. Mouldy carpet. We had to cancel as our family couldn’t stay!

Dated hotel that maintained a decent lobby, but rooms are a blast from the 80’s, same for the air conditioning. In room WiFi wasn’t working, but the staff did fix it after informed. Rooms are spacious, but there isn’t a lot of options for plugging in. Basically have to pull out the tv and set top boxes to use their sockets. Hotel is right beside the local pubs, loud partying music (even if you are in high floors) ends only around 11pm.
