Very nice Hotel. Located a little bit outside of Hue, 15 Minutes by Taxi/Shuttle to the City Center, it is surrounded by green forests. The hotel offers swimming pools, bar, restaurant, spa facilities, gardens, Yoga and TaiChi Class every morning and so on. We stayed six nights and had a really nice 50m2 bungalow-room with a nice balcony, desk and very comfortable bed. The staff is exceptional friendly and attentive. They helped us with everything, very good service. Breakfast offers a lot of western and Vietnamese specialties with some variety every day and was very good. We felt very welcome and want to come back one day.

Location was good. Rooms were big and spacious. TV reception was not the best as KBS channel was lagging. Hair dryer's socket was also abit bent. Not really expecting that from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise, breakfast spread was good and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Gediegenes Hotel mit schönem Ambiente, guter Ausstattung und perfekter Lage. Unser Zimmer im 15. Stock mit Flussblick war grandios, der Ausblick durch die riesigen Panoramafenster war phenomenal. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die etwas laute Klimaanlage.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Silk Path Hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, every moment was delightful. The beautifully decorated rooms added to the charm, and the amenities were top-notch. I can't recommend Silk Path Hotel enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and inviting experience! The restaurant Nam Phuong is amazing, great food and great decor. Amazing

Persönlich finde ich das Zimmer grundsätzlich etwas alt, der Fernseher hat keinen Internetanschluss und die Reinigung ist im Vergleich zum 4⭐️-Standard noch etwas dürftig. Allerdings hat das Hotel eine sehr schöne Lage, das Zentrum ist überall gut zu erreichen, der Zimmerpreis ist auch erschwinglich, das Hotelpersonal ist auch freundlich und enthusiastisch.

Nice part of town and close walking distance to many places such as walking street, vincom, river and much more. A bit of history if you look really close and experience something unique. Breakfast was ok and rooms are a bit dated but that's the charm of the hotel. Gym could be upgraded as only one treadmill that didn't work and one bike that wasn't plugged in. Universal exercise machine must have been as old as the hotel but all in all good value for money.

Obwohl das Hotel ein altmodisches Hotel ist, sind die sanitären Anlagen sehr gut, das Servicepersonal ist auch sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und die Rezeption kann einen Bus oder Mietwagen nach Da Nang buchen.

Ich kam spät in der Nacht an. Obwohl es sich um ein altes Hotel handelt, das schon seit fünfzehn Jahren besteht, wurden die altmodischen Möbel immer geschmackvoller gepflegt. Die Details der Ambientebeleuchtung im Flur sind grundsätzlich sehr gut. Alle europäischen und amerikanischen Touristen übernachten hier. Besonderes Lob gilt dem Portier im Foyer. Er ergreift die Initiative, um den Gästen beim Ausliefern ihres Gepäcks zu helfen, und er hat eine sehr gute Einstellung, sodass sich die Leute wie zu Hause fühlen.

Hotel war sehr freundlich und kundenfreundlich hilfsbereit Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss Tipp Matratzen sind etwas zu alt und Musik war nicht richtig eingestellt und daher etwas zu laut.
