Tolles Hotel. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Der Außenpool und der Whirlpool im dritten Stock sind ein Genuss. Eine Badekappe ist Pflicht. Sie wird im Hotel für 120 TWD verkauft. Das Hotel liegt etwa 2 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Von morgens bis 17 Uhr wird stündlich ein kostenloser Shuttleservice angeboten. Fragen Sie einfach den Concierge. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Updates: I had a great stay at Fullon Hotel Hualien. The room was spacious, comfortable, and has awesome view of the harbor. The location is ideal for me—close to the coast, at the start of the bike trail, and in a peaceful area. I loved being able to borrow a bike from the hotel, making it easy to explore the bike-friendly town. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even those who didn’t speak English used Google Translate to communicate, which I appreciated. The only downside was difficulty reaching the hotel before my arrival to confirm the station pick-up, which wasn’t sorted out and confirmed until the day before I arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Most likely will stay here again next time I'm in Hualien. Hopefully, I can reach them easier next time. ==================== 2025/01/13: Impossible to contact as a foreign visitor. I tried to send messages to the hotel via both email and LINE that were listed on their website since I don't live in TW. I tried to arrange for their pick up service from Hualien Station which is included with my stay. I have sent my inquiry for the details. I finally managed to get messages back one time via LINE after a day with a website that's not in English and a picture showing only a phone number for booking. At least the hotel didn't ask me to do international phone call and finally said I can request the booking with them via the LINE channel. So I sent the booking request with details. That was 3 days ago. And I have not received any message back or heard a peep from them. So I assume the service is still not booked. Not that the free ride matters since I should be able to get a cab easily, but the service, especially what's promise and the helpfulness of the staff, is quite underwhelming and on the side of not hospitable. For the same trip, I also had to reach out to Tango Hotel Taipei. They were very helpful with my inquiry and very fast. Hopefully the stay is nice. I'll come back to update my review then.

Nice hotel

Good quality hotel, very clean. A bit away from the very center of Hualien but that’s made up by the nice view from the room balcony.

We were told by a fellow traveler during our stay that this hotel is more than 10 years old, but everything in the hotel looked new to us. Location wise it is a little way out of the central, but this is not an issue since we have engaged a driver-guide. Buffet is good. They also have a spa (三温暖) that charges NT200 for unlimited use during one's stay. Everything considered, we find the rate very affordable.

Service was courteous at the front desk. They were very kind to give me a room before 3pm knowing that I had traveled more than 17 hours and really need to rest. Restaurant service was very slow. They were short of staff. No one was around to take my bill. Food was average. Really liked their cold dish with lotus root and red bean. Dinner buffet was very pricey. Couldn’t quite justify $30 per person. I was disappointed when I went back for the breakfast buffet. They served the same cold dishes and fruits from the previous night. Felt like we were eating leftovers. I picked this hotel because of their outdoor pool. It’s an outdoor 25 meter pool. It was lovely swimming laps and enjoyed the ocean view.

Not walking distance from the train station. After 5:30 p.m. no public bus service to the hotel. Hotel shuttle service and bike rental from 7? to 5. Hotel is clean and well maintained, though. No response from email inquiry.

Lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Beautiful ocean view! Very comfortable bed and shower. Highly recommended.

Great location

Nice hotel room and breakfast. There are various choice of local cuisine which is declious. However, the hot wind produced by the hair dryer is a bit weak. I can hear some noise from the room nearby.

Nice people, claean hotel, goood service

The service review is specifically for the front desk. The front desk was fully staffed at the time of check in with the manager assisting and we still weren’t acknowledged when we were next in line. They weren’t assisting other guest but just kept typing on their computers and shuffling papers around. On a different occasion, the front desk gal was trying to multitask instead of giving me her full attention and addressing all my concerns. I felt like I was bothering her 😐 Everyone else was very friendly and always greeted and thanked us in passing or made nice comments 👍🏼

飯店停車場有2層，平日來都有位置停。B1有遊戲空間，switch，小朋友玩的很開心。這次房間在12樓，空間算大，還有小陽台。浴室有浴缸，小孩可以泡澡。床滿好睡的，衣櫃最上面有多放2顆枕頭，剛好拿下來用，隔天整理房間房務還幫我再套上枕頭套。3日住下來感覺很棒！
