整體還挺好，帶孩子去方特入住的，服務態度，早餐，房間都還不錯。但是，我是晚上8點多這樣到的，可能是因為第二天有婚禮，賓客入住比較多，check in的客人有10幾個，然而前台衹有一個工作人員辦理入住，等的非常久。等待期間，4.5個人在大廳吸煙無人勸阻無人管，烏煙瘴氣雲霧繚繞，沒辦法我讓老婆帶孩子出去等待了，希望加強管理

東方禪韻的裝修風格，公共空間裏飄着淡淡的茶香，大堂裏書架上銷售的書都很經典（如果能**就更好了），服務也很熱情，床品和馬桶等設施都不錯，茶盤上放的小卡片上的畫也挺有意境的。 缺點是隔音不算太好，不過也還可以接受，畢竟很多酒店隔音都不是很理想；房間地上有肉眼可見的塑料殘留物，希望打掃可以更用心一些。 下次還會再去。
