Very good clean hotel in a good location

The staff is expectionally helpful. They go the extra mile. From housekeeping to the owner. It's very clean and the bathroom water pressure is very good. The location couldn't be better. Very central. Near the beach, eateries and shopping malls. The breakfast was good..they have a wonderful cook who makes the best Thai dishes in the whole of Hua hin. We loved our stay. Felt like family. The whole Staff are just lovely. The owners family from her mother to grandkids are so loving, warm, friendly very approachable

One word: impeccable. Two words: impeccable and spotless. The place is so clean that I had to remove the fridge from its positions (I dropped something there...) and even behind the fridge it was spotless... The hotel is simple but super comfortable, with a nice terrace and a pool overlooking a lot of Hua Hin, and close to the beach. Breakfast is not the highlight of the place, but it is sufficient. All in all, this is a great option for Hua Hin. If Hua Hin is a great option for you, that is a different question. TL;DR: it is not the paradisiac Thai beach of anyone's dream. As long as you know that, it is a nice place. This is a very urban beach: no dramatic nature as in so many other Thai beaches and islands. With high tides, is almost not a beach, but just the sea with no sand. Still, under normal conditions, it is pleasant enough for a walk or a dip in the ocean. Lots of kite-surfing going on. If you live in Bangkok, this is a perfect escape, 2 to 3 hours away by car. If you fly from Europe... well, it does not compare with the beaches in Phuket or Samui. But, it must be said, the mix of local tourists, and a definitely older crowd of western tourists makes for a far nicer environment than the worst bits of Phuket or Samui. I don't plan to come back to Hua Hin (never say never...), but, if I were, I would stay here again. It is just the cleanest hotel I have ever been to.

Fantastic little hotel. Located down a little lane way on the main road, it’s walking distance to the beach, the market and several bars and restaurants. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Room was basic but comfortable. Would defo stay here again.

We chose this hotel as it was close to railway station as we were catching the early train to Bangkok. The hotel was fairly centrally located to a number of convenience shops and bars. The room was quite spacious and lovely with a balcony. The hotel provided a towel rack for wet swim wear which was a nice touch. Breakfast was disappointing as very little food on offer with no flavor. Even though our receipt stated a 2 hour early check in this did not occur we were advised Checkin was 2pm and they were not able to check us in before that time. Even though all the cleaners gathering in the foyer for a catch up with reception staff. This occurred at 1:15pm as we sat waiting for Checkin to occur. We were greeted by one of the cleaning staff on our floor offering us swimming towels should we be going to the pool.
