Absolutely wonderful residences worth for living,I had experience here a positive one,It's been incredible so far and scrumptious authentic Thai food with stunning mountain and sunset views by the rooftop at Chon Thai Cuisine so impressive and definitely keep me back been here again soon,Everything is just out of this world Christy

A bit out of town. Shuttle bus available, but the last one is late in the afternoon. No later. Need your own transport afterwards. Some improvement is needed around the garden. Hotel cum condominium accommodation. There is a Thai restaurant on the rooftop next to the accommodation..

This was our first trip to Hua Hin. We have been coming to Thailand for 40 years and like it so when we saw an ad for Sunshine we decided to give it a try. We stayed for a week in a 70-meter suite. Ours was clearly decorated as a rental unit, but that was perfectly OK with us. The property has lovely landscaping and was not crowded as we were there in the shoulder season. As others have said, this property advertises itself to a primarily German speaking community, so there were only 3 English speaking guests when we were there. The staff speaks good English. There is a small but good gym, a small salon, 2 pools. The restaurant, Foxes is good and the bar has lovely views. They have a shuttle bus into center of Hua Hin beaches, malls, etc. that runs on a regular schedule.

We travelled from Singapore plus a return 10 hour train ride from Bangkok to Hua Hin . There is only one Thai resident, but no other Asian residents. It is a predominantly Europeans community. To be precise , a German community. Presumably it is well run, efficient and orderly. However, it will be difficult for us to retire in Thailand and not live amongst Asian residents. Just a personal preference.
