Book from *********** at Soe Brother-2 at dormitory at 19 Jan and arrived there at 20 Jan 2 AM . At that time , reception guy said that he missed to close availability at *********** and offered me to take more expensive room with no responsibility for his mistake at 2 AM . And then , i get out from there and find for another place to take a rest . And i complaint in *********** for this case as bad review and they replied to *********** as i'm not arrived at that night . Very bad experience and no responsibility for their business and lied to *********** as customer is a lier .
