For one day stay it's good so far, and near to howrah railway station. Little bit concern about cleanliness, compare to room price had expected better room but room quality was average.

Room condition was very poor, staff behaviour was not good, blanket condition was very poor, unhygienic bathroom, dampness observed in the wall

The service was terrible. The hotel is situated in a very dirty and bad smelly place. Also we weren't able to sleep in the night as people were making noises in our neighboring rooms whole night. We also complained but no action was taken and the hotel management didn't took our complain seriously.

Very very bad experience, please never book this hotel as the hotel is very dirty very bad location, and top of that they have no refund policy, when you will reach the place they will deny checkin because of their bad rules, and will also not refund the money. Mm t please remove this hotel from your list. Worst experience
