Great place, will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Houston

There’s so much good to say about this place! This place is a petite venue full of vibrant vibes! Right in downtown with proximity to nice restaurants and bars. Hotel location is APT! There’s just right enough things to do, starting with the neon lights at the entrance to being greeted by Brian the Barista - was delighted to have his world famous The Brian coffee, just perfect at any time of the day! He explained about the history of this building and showed us around. Lobby area, elevators, hallways and room were all clean and neat. It always felt fresh, be it any time of the day. I loved how they have a nice touch of welcoming on the mirrors of elevator and vanity. Was there with 2 other friends of mine and we had such a comfortable stay. Honestly, it was my first time at a Moxy but I must say the people here are GEM! Nelly, the housekeeping manager was sooo lovely, she was super friendly and made sure all our requests were answered in time. Love her, would definitely be back to experience this kind of hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and best! I was back in Houston after a year and she made it feel like home here. They restocked their shelf everyday by the elevator to make sure extra towels were there when required. The rooms were well lit, the gym was good enough and their pretty M lounge was perfect for work. It’s been a while since I have seen such clean rooms, housekeeping was top notch! Thanks to Mirna for all the tidy work. Met the GM by the lobby area, was such a nice gentleman! Overall 10 on 10. Not to forget, Ramon the public area attendant was always seen doing his job dedicatedly with all his efforts in and a ever green smile on his face. Valet was kind enough to help with bags! Preserve these gems! Missed the party by the bar but we will definitely be back the next time we are Houston. Thanks Moxy was this amazing stay!!! Thanks Nelly and team!

Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Schlafsofa. Die Größe des Doppelbetts ist etwas klein und es wird ein wenig überfüllt, um für zwei Erwachsene zu schlafen. Es ist in Ordnung, das Sofa herauszuziehen und auf dem Bett zu sitzen und für zwei Personen zu schlafen. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer, keine Kochutensilien und Besteck, es ist schwierig zu kochen, nur der Mikrowellenherd kann die Mikrowellennahrung einfach erhitzen. Das Hotelfrühstück ist eine gewöhnliche amerikanische Frühstücksbar, aber es gibt nicht viele Sorten, aber die Fruchtkaffee-Joghurt-Eier sind sehr vollständig und es ist kein Problem zu essen. Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt, und abends gibt es einige Landstreicher. Es ist am besten, nicht zu spät auszugehen. Die drei Hotels sind miteinander verbunden und sie werden das falsche Hotel betreten, wenn sie nicht aufpassen.

Das Le Meridien Houston ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel in Houston mit geräumigen Zimmern, großartigen Annehmlichkeiten und fantastischem Personal. Als Botschafter-Mitglied wurde ich mit Sorgfalt empfangen, bekam ein schönes Zimmer auf einer oberen Etage (dachte, kein Upgrade, aber keine große Sache) und sagte, dass ich zusätzlich zu meinen Punkten ein kostenloses Frühstück bekommen würde, was ich sehr schätze. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber und sehr modern, wie man es von einem neuen Le Meridien erwartet. Das Bett ist super bequem, der Fernseher funktioniert gut, obwohl kein HBO Go, aber es gibt Netflix, und der Schrank / Kaffeemaschine Bereich war auch großartig. Ich habe es sehr geschätzt, einen Kühlschrank zu haben, den ich mit Sprudelwasser aus einem nahe gelegenen CVS füllen kann - ich wünschte, es gäbe eine Lounge, aber man kann nicht mit allem gewinnen. Das Badezimmer war auch großartig, die Dusche war aus Glas und komfortabel, mit gutem Wasserdruck, den typischen Produkten von Malin & Goetz, und alles hat gut funktioniert. Es hätte noch ein paar Haken geben können, aber keine schlechte Situation. Das kostenlose Frühstück war eine nette Geste, obwohl ich nichts zu essen brauchte, aber ich konnte mir morgens auf dem Weg nach draußen ein kaltes Gebräu holen, was ein riesiges Geschäft war letzter Tag mit frühem Abflug. Der Parkservice war spektakulär, ein Mann gab mir einen Regenschirm und führte mich im Regen zum Auto, um sicherzustellen, dass ich nie nass wurde. Sie waren mit der Rückgabe des Autos immer früh dran und hielten es, wenn ich länger als eine Stunde nicht weg war. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in der Innenstadt von Houston kommen. Das Hotel hat nicht viel zu tun in der Gegend, aber das ist Houston für Sie. Das können sie nicht beheben.

The absolute worst Marriott experience ever! Rude lazy front desk staff old outdated room. We flew in and had been up since 3am and requested early check-in I was OK with a few hours without a room but 6 hours as a honors member was ridiculous. I went to the desk and asked again and was told nothing was available yet I asked for my checked baggage and woke my daughter up to leave and miraculously a manager appeared saying she had us a room. The guy at the desk we dealt with prior was completely clueless and the others were just plain rude. It is cool tonight and we called twice for someone to lite the fire pit but no one showed up after waiting over an hour still no fire. I have never left a bad review and have been faithful to Marriott for over 25 years. If this is what Marriott has to offer these days I'm over it. Don't stay here if you're expecting anything more than being treated like a bother. That's not what I go on vacation for if so I'd stay at a roadside inn. Rude lazy and uncaring look further for a place there's plenty nearby.

Sehr gut! Die Straße ist aber nicht sehr wunderbar! Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut! Der Service ist sehr gut! Sie werden hier auch wählen. Preis günstig! Parkplatz, der Parkplatz ist ausreichend. Die geografische Lage ist überlegen!

Große Lage, wenn Sie zu Astros oder Rockets Spiele gehen, oder das Konventszentrum. Gebäude sieht ziemlich neu und modern aus. Sie scheinen vielleicht ein weiteres Paar Aufzüge ... es gab oft eine Linie zu jeder Zeit des Tages. Es ist eine gemeinsame Lage mit einem Homewood ...Makes für einige interessante, aber sicherlich keine schlechten Anpassungen. Frühstück war einer von ihnen ... aus zwei Standorten Freitag bis Sonntag, eine Standorte am Montag bis Donnerstag. Das Frühstück war auf der besseren Seite des Markenstandards. Es schien, dass die vorherigen Bewohner unseres Zimmers ein wenig Grill gegen jemanden in ihnen hatte. Sie verließen den Safe verriegelt (das wurde sehr schnell geregelt), den Kühlschrank geöffnet, so war es heiß ... über Nacht wieder kalt zu werden, und das WC geschlossen, das 6 Stunden und 3 Anfragen, um zu beheben. Und der Wartungsmann hinterließ einen schrecklichen Scherz im Toilette nach der Behebung des Problems. Das Front Desk Personal schien eine generell unzufriedene Gruppe zu sein. Keine Erwähnung von meinem Lebenszeit-Diamant, oder sogar Diamantstatus, und musste meine Diamant-Perks fragen. Die Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Hauspflege sind nur auf Anfrage.

We are very disappointed with what we endured during check-in on 30 MAR 2024. A reservation for a NONREFUNDABLE, one bedroom king suite was made on 11 FEB 24, and the PAYMENT POSTED to my credit card on the 13th...weeks before we could even buy tickets for the game on MLB.. We've stayed here many times specially going to Houston for baseball games. This day, we arrived at the hotel at 2:15 pm. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and said that ”our type of room wasn't ready yet; check-in is at three”. No problem... we totally understood that. We had a four hour drive; arriving early and having to wait is on us. We made ourselves comfortable in the lobby. Things went drastically downhill for the next almost three hours. I got back in line about every 30 minutes while watching the lines steadily grow. Second trip to the desk... he's still pleasant; room is not ready. Third trip up a young lady (pregnant...sorry I didn't get any names) is ready to assist. She said ”there aren't any king suites available; I'm going to switch you to two queen beds.” I said no... I reserved a one bedroom king... I'll wait. On my way back to my chair I told the guy whom originally helped me what she said and he reassured me that I'd get the king. Fourth trip to the counter. It's easy to see that he's getting as annoyed with me as I am with this situation... and quickly says I'm doing reconciliations (or whatever word he used)... I'm trying to find rooms). I go sit back down with my husband, 11yo granddaughter, and her friend... and our poodle. Fifth trip to the counter and I'm in no mood for the nonsense I'm about to endure. The guy says ”I'm sorry ma'am I'm going to have to give you a two queen suite; there aren't any king suites available. The young lady decides to interject ”it's beyond our control” in my conversation instead of continuing on with the customer in her line. My husband and I were not happy about two queen beds. First of all he's 6'2” and secondly, we didn't want to sleep next to two giggling 11 year olds, hence the reason I took the necessary steps that I did. We wanted what we had reserved and PRE-PAID for. I then asked what's the difference in price between the two room types to which she said there isn't any. Oh my God... I replied there had better be and I want to speak with the manager. I'm not sure but I think the next lady that came to assist was an assistant manager because the manager wasn't available at that moment. She was helpful and mysteriously found a one bedroom king suite. We just needed to wait for it to be cleaned. While we waited the manager; a very nice gentleman approached us. I explained everything that had transpired. I declined his offer to give me ”some points”. Points were NOT going to fix the fact that we arrived in ample time to get checked-in, changed, and go to the ballpark so the girls could get autographs. That was taken from us...COMPLETELY RUINED and points was NOT going to fix it. For that represe

- Beim Einchecken wurden wir relativ oberflächlich behandelt, der Hammer kam aber anschliessend, als wir die Türe zu unserem Zimmer öffneten und wir so verwundert waren, wieso es so dunkel war. Für happige 270.-- USD/pro Nacht (2 Nächte gebucht) hatte man uns ein Zimmer gegeben mit einem kleinen Fenster mit Blick, gefühlt mit einem Abstand von einem Meter an die gegenüberliegende Backsteinwand des Nachbargebäudes. Es war dunkel und schrecklich düster, da ich leicht unter klaustrophobischen Zuständen leide, kriegte ich gleich Panik und Platzangst. Wie gewohnt überteuertes Valet. + Als ich panikerfüllt bei der Reception auftauchte und mein Misswillen ausdrückte, kriegten wir ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt. In diesem Zimmer war Grösse und Qualität entsprechend den Erwartungen. Frühstück war gut.
