Von allen Unterkünften, in denen ich während meiner Geschäftsreise nach Großbritannien übernachtet habe, ist dies das am bequemsten gelegene Hotel. Insgesamt war das Hotel sauber und das Frühstück war großartig. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und es gibt eine Tesco-Express- und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Auch die meisten Angestellten waren freundlich.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction.
Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel.
Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton.
On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

GGuest UserIch war sehr enttäuscht, dass das WIFI nicht während meines gesamten Aufenthalts funktionierte, ich sagte ihnen, dass sie mein Zimmer bewegten, aber auch das Zimmer, das sie mich bewegten, hatte auch kein WLAN. Als professionelle Internetanschluss für den Händler ist besonders dann erforderlich, wenn sie vor dem Buchen des Zimmers erklärt haben, dass sie funktionieren WiFi.

GGuest UserEine Flugunterbrechung bedeutete, dass ich nach einem Hotel suchte und Glück hatte, diesen Ort zu finden. 8 Meilen von Heathrow entfernt, aber es lohnt sich. Hier ist das Beste, die Küche hatte gerade geschlossen, aber der Hauptbarmann ging noch einen Schritt weiter und besorgte uns eine modifizierte Auswahl von der Speisekarte - super nett von ihm und machte den Unterschied, nachdem er den ganzen Tag auf Flughäfen war.

Room layout a bit strange with TV behind bathroom door, and bathroom door only opens halfway to stop it hitting the TV, but this is quite annoying. Otherwise good service overall.

Das Hotel ist auch nicht weit vom Flughafen und die U-Bahn-Linie ist ziemlich bequem. Ich musste jedoch 20 Minuten warten, wenn ich ankam und Parkplatz erhob eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Der Preis war auch nicht besonders günstig. Es gab nicht viele Einrichtungen in der Nähe. Dieser Ort könnte für Geschäftsreisen geeignet sein, aber im Allgemeinen ist es nur ein durchschnittliches Kette Hotel.

HHONGWENDie Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr gut und es befindet sich auch in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation. Am Tag meiner Ankunft hatte der indische Bruder an der Rezeption einige Probleme. Ich sah meine Bestellung nicht klar und sagte, dass es nur ein einziges Zimmer gab. Ich nahm die Bestellung entgegen und zeigte sie ihm. Es gibt ein MINI Doppelzimmer. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist nicht gut. Das Telefon sagte, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Es ging weiter. Nach einer halben Stunde war das Zimmer heiß und die Klimaanlage schaltete sich automatisch aus.

JjosephNicht beeindruckt, würde aber in Betracht ziehen, zurück zu gehen. Nachbarschaft nicht sehr sicheres Gefühl. Das Personal war großartig, das Restaurant super. Tolles Essen. Die eigentlichen Hallen und Räume einfach so. Das Fitnessstudio ist unglaublich, das ist einen Aufenthalt wert.
