Enttäuschende Kundenservice Ich habe vor kurzem dieses Hotel mit der Absicht, eine kleine Tour zu machen, bevor ich online buchen möchte. Leider war meine Erfahrung mit dem Empfänger ziemlich enttäuschend. Ich wurde von einem Empfangsmann, der mir nicht interessiert und wenig empfangbar erschien, von meiner Ankunft aufgenommen. Als ich fragte, ob ich einige Zimmer sehen konnte, bevor ich meine Reservierung machte, antwortete er mir plötzlich, indem er sagte, das Hotel sei komplett, ohne sogar die Verfügbarkeit zu überprüfen. Ich habe jedoch online gesehen, dass Zimmer immer auf ******* verfügbar sind. Als potenzieller Kunde bin ich überrascht, dass er nicht professionell ist und sich kategorisch weigert, mir die Zimmer zu zeigen. Ich war auf eine warme Aufnahme und einen kühnen Service, aber leider war das nicht der Fall. Ich verstehe, dass Hotels in bestimmten Zeiten beschäftigt werden können, aber ich hätte eine freundlichere Antwort und eine klare Erklärung zur tatsächlichen Verfügbarkeit der Zimmer geschätzt. Ich habe mich endlich entschieden, in einem anderen nebenanen Hotel zu buchen, wo das Personal viel empfänglicher und benutzerfreundlicher war. Kurz gesagt, meine Erfahrung mit dem Empfänger dieses Hotels war enttäuschend und unprofessionell. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel diese Bemerkungen bei der Verbesserung des Kundendienstes berücksichtigt, denn dies kann die Entscheidung potenzieller Kunden erheblich beeinflussen.

I work in the hotel industry myself and am therefore very interested in the development of various hotels. I first visited the Radisson Blu in Djerba in 2009 and was largely impressed, so much so that I've been coming back every few years since then for a week or two a year. The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, has very attractive architecture and very friendly, long-standing employees. Unfortunately, everything has changed here since the change in management about 8 years ago and since then this hotel has reflected the decline of Tunisian tourism. The hotel is run by a shockingly incompetent general manager who only cares about clients' money and seems to have no idea about hospitality. You can feel that savings are being made in all areas of the hotel: mediocre food quality, pathetic all-in concept, lack of staff, lack of cleaning, lack of renovations, ... even the toilet paper is of poorest quality. What guests are offered here for their money is almost a scam. Today the Radisson Blu Djerba is largely populated by Eastern Bloc tourists and unpleasantly noisy Franco-Tunisians. Every year the garden, corridors, pool and restaurants look more unkempt and dingy. Wifi is worryingly slow and absolutely unusable for business applications. Although the rooms were renovated a few years ago (in an aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately very sloppy manner), they are already dirty and smelly again, although the carpets will probably soon run away of their own accord, as vacuum cleaners are not known in this hotel. Resignation is increasingly noticeable among the very friendly employees; they feel exploited and badly treated and long for a change in management. You can't help but ask yourself why the responsible people at Radisson Group don't intervene so that this originally good hotel may flourish again.
