Hotels mit Badewannen in Las Cruces

Im Hotel für eine Nacht auf einer Kreuzfahrt im Lande. Das Hotel liegt direkt von Interstate 10 so war es einfach zu gehen und auf der Autobahn. Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Bett war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war freundlich.

Das Zimmer hatte nichts außer zwei Handtücher und eine Rolle von Toilettenpapier.  NOT ANDERE. Sie könnten im Prozess der Renovierung sein... Ich hoffe, dass das der Fall ist... Aber nichts wurde erwähnt. Bei meinen Reisen im letzten Jahr hatte ich begonnen, La Quinta zu schätzen, dass sie wieder ein angenehmes und sicheres Motel waren, wie sie waren, als die Kette geöffnet wurde.  Sicherlich nicht der Fall mit dieser Eigenschaft.  Der schlimmste Teil war die Tatsache , dass die Tür geschlossen ist Mechanismus war los und auf dem Inneren gebrochen! Zusammen mit sehr schlechten Beleuchtung auf dem Grundstück.

Called this place from the garage to inquire about a room for the night, stated I have cats. Front desk clerk said no problem, did not ask me any questions about cats or mention any fees. Took an uber from garage to hotel only to be told they have a 2 pet limit....I have 3 cats. Turned into a complete fiasco with the ”owner” (who originally said she was in a meeting and unable to meet with me until I said I would wait in the lobby with my 3 cats for her to be available, she showed up dressed in a graphic t and jeans 10 minutes later...) first saying of course she would make an exception and was very sweet, pulled up the best western pet policy to show me. Then wanted to charge me $20 per cat. When I questioned this she suddenly said she decided she would stick to the 2 pet rule after all. Very sketch, even the second Uber driver said she was probably going to pocket the extra $40. I went to a different place who also charged per pet but was very clear and upfront about it and their policies. When I left the lobby I informed them that I did find another place who also charged per pet but would rather give them my business. Both the owner and the clerk CHEERED when I said this. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. And if I wasn't able to find another place would they have just left me and my ”adorable fur family” (according to the owner before she changed face) be out on the street? Also called corporate while I was in the lobby to be told that the owners do not need to follow the exact company guidelines and when I asked, so they can pick and choose policies and change their mind when it suits them? The CSR said ”unfortunately, yes”. Picture here of me and my cats sitting on the curb waiting for the Uber. If you like an air conditioned room, avoid this hotel. Our room had not one, but two sensors (one above the door, one on the wall) which shut off the air conditioning when you leave the room. Which means, when you arrive, the room is an oven and you have to sit there if you want to cool it off. If you want to shop or go to dinner, you return to a hot room which will take a long time to cool off. Then comes the worst part. The air conditioner cycling on and off was the loudest I have ever heard in 40 years of travelling. Sounded like a diesel truck starting up outside the window every 10 minutes while it continually cycles on and off. But, you don't discover this until after midnight because you couldn't cool the room off unless you babysit the air conditioner. By the time the room cools off, it's too late to change rooms. All the front desk could say the next morning was, ”we could have gotten you another room.” Sure, if I could have discovered the issue in the normal amount of time. We got virtually no sleep and after a long trip ahead, it was the worst possible situation. And, it's a shame, since the hotel itself presents very nice.

I pulled into this hotel after a long day of riding and asked for a roon on April 4th. The rate they gave me was $111. total out the door. Asked why it was so high and was told it was do to demand. The parking lot was half full. I was tired and just said fine. When I got my credit card statement I had an extra $50. charge on my card. Called for a credit and they couldn't find my name and suggested I stayed at another Super 8. Got on line and did some research the next day and confirmed I stayed there. Called again for a credit and they told me there was a note I was given cash. I told them I never received cash and wanted my refund. Asked why they couldn't find me on my first call and now they say I got cash. Finally agreed to issue a refund. Never again will I stay there.

The king suite on 2nd floor was amazing, the nice views were soothing, Room was very spacious and had a nice layout, The bathroom was clean and so was the entire room, The front desk was very helpful and very kind.. I recommend this hotel highly .
