Finde Hotels mit Badewannen in Charlotte

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hier während in Charlotte mit unseren 3 Kindern. Das Personal war so wunderbar und sie waren sehr gut zu Hause. Ich kam mit meinen 3 Kindern allein, als mein Mann einen späteren Flug nehmen und endete in Chicago über Nacht zu verhaften. Das Personal war so hilfreich, erhielt mich in unser Zimmer früh und schnell ein Paket und spielte so, dass mein 1-jähriger schlafen konnte! Die Gemeinden waren schön und modern, der Außenraum war schön und wir genossen wirklich den Pool. Ich liebe den Pool hatte ein „Null-Eingang“ End, so dass mein Baby leicht umher splashen konnte (dies ist ungewöhnlich ein typisches Hotel und war so eine nette Überraschung). Sie bieten kontinentales Frühstück und haben auch ein Restaurant. Am Morgen haben wir dort das Frühstück gegessen und war hinterher gelaufen, und der Manager hat schnell mit allen im Frühstücksraum kommunizieren, überprüfen, ob sie genug haben und im Restaurant kostenlose Frühstücksgutscheine ausgeben. Sie haben es so gut gehandhabt und gingen oben und darüber. Mein Getränk aus der Bar war jung und der Bartender war super freundlich! Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, genug Zimmer für unsere Familie (zwei 5 Jahre alt und ein Jahr alt). Die Lage ist großartig und für viele Dinge wandelbar. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und ich würde sicherlich hier nochmal bleiben!

Position gut, Umgebung gut

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the staff. We were greeted by the front desk staff who were extremely helpful and made the check in process seamless. I had difficulty with my key at the elevator twice, and one of the staff showed me what I was doing wrong but handled it in a way that did not make me feel that I was totally incompetent. LOL. He was incredibly gracious. Both he and another young lady at the desk were always checking on us when we arrived or left. They were so personable and fun. I cannot say enough great things about them. They sent up an extra blanket within minutes of asking! The room was a little tight and it does need a little TLC. However, it was extremely clean and the furniture was in great shape. I thought the bed was very comfortable, but my husband did not. But we fight that battle at home. I loved that the bathroom vanity was separate from the shower and toilet. It allowed two of us to get ready simultaneously. The shower head was fantastic with great water flow. The lighting at the vanity was not great, so ladies bring a mirror and sit on the sofa to apply makeup. The light is better there. There is also very little drawer space, so bring extra hangers to hang your clothes if needed. The location is fantastic. It is close to anywhere you need to go downtown Charlotte. We stayed at the Hilton the last time we were in town, and it cannot come close to competing with the Marriot Courtyard. And the Marriott is almost half the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel over the competition!

Das Zimmer selbst war nicht schlecht. Das TV hatte ein paar Fragen, aber es war anders gut. Ich war nach dem Abmelden ziemlich enttäuscht im Kundenservice. Ich blieb hier mit meinem Freund für seinen Geburtstag, so brachte ich sein Geburtstagsgeschenk (handgemalte Kanäle mit einem Papiernote/Karte in den Rücken) ins Zimmer, um ihm zu geben. Leider war es dort, als wir auscheckten. Ich rief am selben Tag (gestern) an und wurde ihnen gesagt, sie würden mit der Hauspflege reden und mich sofort zurückrufen. Ich hatte keine Anrufe. Ich rief heute Morgen um 9:30 Uhr wieder an und wurde in die Hauspflege übertragen. Sie sagte, sie hätte einige Dinge zu gehen und würde mich zurückrufen, um mir zu sagen, wenn sie es gefunden hat. Fast 5 Stunden passieren und nichts, so habe ich zurückrufen und konnte nicht durch die Hauspflege kommen. Ich sprach mit jemandem im Vorderbüro, erklärend, dass das ziemlich wichtig war, weil ich viel Zeit auf das Geschenk verbrachte und mich entschuldigte, dass ich ein Unannehmlichkeiten war. Die Person war irritiert und sehr unverschämt und setzte mich dann fast 30 Minuten in Haltung, während „hingegen zu Hauspflege sprechen. „ Auch sagte: „Wenn es auf einem Papier war, dann haben sie es wahrscheinlich weggeworfen“ sogar nachdem ich vorher gesagt hatte, es war ein CANVAS-Gemälde. Nachdem sie so lange auf der Haltestelle waren, kamen sie ans Telefon und sagten, sie sahen im Zimmer und fanden nichts. Ich fragte, ob sie die vorhin erwähnten Dinge durchschauten und eine grobe erhielten: „Ja, das habe ich gesagt, sie sahen überall und fanden nichts.“ Ich konnte sie fühlen, indem sie ihre Augen durch das Telefon rollen. Sie haben sich nicht entschuldigt oder so etwas am Ende des Telefongesprächs, was das wenigste, was hätte getan werden können. Sehr unprofessioneller und sehr schlechter Kundenservice.

Ich checkte in um 11:00 Uhr und ich hatte wenige Dinge mit keinem Wagen verfügbar Ich wurde gesagt, sie waren in Betrieb, so dass mich und meine Schwester gerade begonnen, unsere Sachen ins Zimmer zu nehmen, aus dem Aufzug auf dem 7. Stock, da waren 2 Wagen dort sitzen, dann ich reserviert und bezahlt extra für Panoramablick aber hatte einen Blick auf die Autobahn und Bäume und meine Gärten würden nicht schließen die ganze Straße so in der Morgensonne strahlte gerade auf meinem Gesicht

We loved everything about our stay in Charlotte. We are long time lifetime titanium elite members so we’ve stay in countless hotels over the years. This hotel was one of my favorites. The beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and the concierge lounge was well stocked with snacks/drinks all day. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I am literally still crying from my “special trip” that I had planned at this hotel. Flew in family (one of which is sick and dying and it maybe my last time seeing her). Rented fancy cars for everyone. Had planned a spa retreat for my daughters 18th bday and Mother’s Day for the women that have been there for us. I was a 15 year old mother, I was left homeless and hungry. I fought to be a mother, build a business, and my daughter and I had finally made it. I had remembered going to the hotel before for a dinner. I thought it would be a perfect spa day/special place. I am still crying as I type this. - I paid and booked in advance because the booking agent said they could accommodate us at the spa. I paid for the nicest room/cottage. Since we were just coming for a fun day/evening, I wanted it to be perfect. Which is why I went to a “Luxury” resort. I knew things had to be right and with a resort with this level achievements, it would absolutely be right… or so I thought. - First I had to call 3 times and several people after the spa reservation wasn’t made by the original person that booked at Marriott. - Upon trying to get the appointment at the spa, they had no availability and the woman was truly nasty. So I pay private people to come in last minute. - I arrive and the grounds are a MESS. Complete construction site, dead plants, trash, I was so confused.Nothing like what I had been promised or expected. It was a giant construction site. - The valet is the same person as the bellman. They have all these white men in suits standing around that are management while they make one little brown man do all the work. Let’s call this the “Legal Slavery” Marriott. -No one warned us or even bothered helping us to the cottage. This put us behind because we were lost for an hour in the construction. We missed out dinner reservations and had to eat my daughters bday dinner at some crappy place that could accommodate 9 people last minute. - We get to the “fancy” cottage/house. It disgusting. Red wine is all over the carpet. There are broken glasses in the bushes and on the patio (clearly had been there for a long time). There was an ant infestation and all of the food we ordered was covered in bugs. - Then I go to talk to the manager on duty on Sunday. Because I was crying in the middle of the lobby. He was dismissive and walked away and left me crying in the lobby on my daughters bday. The massages were cancelled and everything I had planned had been ruined, completely. - His boss comes in and makes excuses for him and comps the disgusting room that they shouldn’t be renting. However, makes NO attempt to take responsibility for any of the implications that their lies and laziness caused. Nothing was figured out, not only that but I had spent the entire time I was there trying to get things fixed, so I didn’t even see my family that I paid to fly in. I spent thousands to have one special day at their hotel and they sold me something that was a
