Hotels mit Badewannen in Surfers Paradise

Booked a one bedroom ocean spa apartment for 6 nights in Mid Oct 2024. Stayed on 38 floor. First impression when entering that apartment was ”great view”. Apartment is spacious and very clean, kitchen facility has stocked with many pot & pan and utensils, can make regular meals with no issue. Also has washer & dryer too. There is a jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom that is a bonus! We brought food from Coles supermarket (walking distance from Q1) and made breakfast and dinner. To get to Q1 resort from Gold Coast airtport, We brought a public transport card ”GO” from shop in airport arrival hall, took the airport bus #777 from airport (30 minutes ride) to Broadbeach, transfer to the local tram, get off at Surfers Paradise stop. Q1 resort is right across the street. The whole ride is last than 45 minutes, cost only 50 cents AUD., great deal!! BTW, all bus & tram ride within Gold Coast area is 50 cents. So get a GO card. Just make sure you tap on and off with each ride.

Had an upgrade from an Executive Suite to Family Suite giving more room space with views of the beach and daily room services kept our Suite fresh and clean. The Breakfast menu was always our go to and got us ready for our busy day. Thank you Novotel Surfers Paradise for always making our stay feeling like home.

Travelled for business on this occasion. Myself and family have stayed at this property many times. The location is really convenient, its a proper functioning hotel. Check in was really easy and fast. Scored a good room upgrade as well. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service was good . So I would recommend this hotel.

Called the hotel to advise of our late check in. Had been driving 16 hours and had a snappy receptionist check me in. The process was unusually long and was not given any information of carparking or breakfast (which was included). The girl at the reception failed to provide basic information on the hotel such as wifi, carpark, breakfast and amenities. This was just before 1am so I decided to let it slide. At about 2am, I rang to ask for toothbrush kit and shower cap and she had come up to the room and said that there’s no toothbrush kit and to go to the convenience store where it will be cheaper for me. Now I’m confused, what an odd comment to make, I didn’t realise I needed the cheaper option but okay. I then advised her that I had food being delivered and requested if she could bring it up to the room. She said yes of course and advised me to inform the delivery driver to drop it off at reception to her. I did exactly that and received a call minutes later, asking me to come down to pick it up. Clearly, I’m confused as we literally had this conversation less than 10 minutes prior. She asked me to come down and when I asked if she could bring it up as discussed, she asked me if I was about to take a shower. I said as a matter of fact, it is and then she said yeah well you have to come down. At this point I’m beyond irritated because firstly, what a bloody odd question to ask a guest at 2am in the morning. I went down and got it myself, have no issues with doing that but definitely have an issue when I was advised otherwise and then met with such poor service. Been to so many hotels and have had no issues, first time experiencing such poor customer service, unprofessionalism and attitude from what was meant to be a warm and friendly reception staff. Next day, staff were great and breakfast was adequate with the basic breakfast variety.

Awesome Lage, erstaunliche Aussicht und großartiges Personal. Hat ein Restaurant und Pokie Zimmer im Hotel fast nie zu verlassen braucht. Wird sicher wieder sein !!!

Best location at surfer paradise. Directly just opposite. Very convenience and alot of restaurant around the area. View was nice and the apartment is good.

Das ist ganz gut. Vorteile: 1. Die Toilette ist sehr sauber, die Zimmerinfrastruktur ist komplett und das Zimmer ist auch sehr neu. 2. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es gibt einen großen Balkon, eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und zwei Zimmer, zwei Badezimmer. 3. Unterhalb von vielen Hotels, das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Strand, es gibt eine Bahnhof in der Nähe, der Verkehr ist bequem. 4. Sie können alle Einrichtungen des Hilton Hotels wie Pool, Fitnessraum usw. verwenden. Mangel: 1. Es gibt keinen 24-Stunden-Rezeption-Service, es gibt nur 10am-5pm Büropersonal. Wenn Sie mit ihnen in Verbindung treten möchten, wird es schwieriger sein, wie ich dieses Mal einen Spinnfaser genommen habe. Die lokale Zeit wird um 3 Uhr in Trip.com am Nachmittag kontaktiert. Aber die Rezeption hat nicht geantwortet, bis am nächsten Morgen sehr spät geantwortet, Aber die Gegenstände wurden schon gereinigt, und der gesamte Service ist sehr spät und unkomfortabel. (Das ist das Hauptproblem) 2. Es ist nicht billig, dass Sie eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr für 158 Macau haben, bevor Sie sich aufhalten. 3. Es gibt kein Frühstück, natürlich können Sie auch in der Nähe essen, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, nicht ein großes Problem. 4. Die gelieferten Kleider haben ein wenig Schleifen. Im Winter kann man sich darauf aufmerksam machen. Sie können vor der Buchung des Hotels fragen, ob der Kundenservice vorbehalten ist.

Ausgezeichneter Service in diesem Hotel und liebte es, den Text zu erhalten, der einen billigeren 3-Tages- Aufenthalt bietet, nahm sie auf Angebot, sehr glücklich und würde hier wieder bleiben. Nur eine Straße über von der Lichtbahnhalte und sogar näher an die Bushalte.

The room is not clean enough; there was dust on the glass wall behind the curtain, and a stain on the teacup that I had to clean it. I highly expected better, considering it's a 5-star hotel and residence. However the view and the location are incredible.

Had a great stay at the Hilton. Upon check in the washing machine, safe, and bedroom TV were not working. However maintenance was able to resolve all of the issues and reception apologized and provided a nice bottle of wine as compensation. That is great service. Many amenities at this property made it a great time as well. Extremely clean. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed. No other complaints just a good stay!
