This is the best stay I’ve ever stayed It’s a family run pension with two super friendly golden retrievers, the whole house is newly built, extremely clean, and decorated with good taste The dinner and breakfast are western- Japanese fusion, everything is homemade, definitely worth trying There is a nice and clean private onsen, or you can take a bus to have a day trip to other bigger onsen Minakami itself is a countryside area, and the pension is right next to the bus station There is literally nothing around the stay, so you need to get everything you need in Minakami station, but I think it’s a characteristic rather than disadvantage

地點稍微偏僻，年長男性接待人員非常熱心，房間空間大維持得也不錯，但是感覺得出來建築物的年紀。餐點蠻好吃的，不過有幾道料理偏西式，吃得沒有很習慣，比較想吃到的是當地傳統料理。整體而言是令人放鬆的旅館。

最讓人印象深刻的就是早飯和晚飯都很不錯！！！推薦大家來羣馬的時候可以住一下這一家温泉酒店。晚飯的主菜是壽喜鍋，味道非常不錯，一道道的料理也很細心。這家料理的味道也很好吃！ 這次住的是帶露天温泉私湯的房間。這家的温泉質量很高，源泉不加温，在欣賞谷川岳的同時泡温泉。 服務的各種細節做的也很到位，包括專門的睡衣和夜間低咖啡因的焙茶。 第二日早上也可以喝免費咖啡又欣賞谷川岳。

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel seit 2019. Die meisten Kellner sind mittlerweile Südostasiaten, und mit Ausnahme der Führungskräfte sind die meisten Kellner Ausländer. Die Landschaft ist immer noch wunderschön, aber das Erlebnis ist viel schlimmer als zuvor. Das Geschirr war nicht richtig platziert und ein Chaos. Es war das schlimmste Erlebnis, das ich seit über zehn Jahren in einem Thermalhotel hatte. Noch übertriebener ist, dass während unseres Abendessens über eine Stunde lang 50.000 Yen aus meiner Tasche fehlten (die Tasche war im Koffer und der Koffer war nicht verschlossen). Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich so etwas in Japan erlebt habe.

Wow this place is INCREDIBLE I have no idea how it doesn't have SO many more reviews. This ryokan has literally the sweetest people, absolutely beautiful onsens, and YUMMY food. The room itself is very spacious and has it's own private view into a garden, and it has it's own A/C unit you can use - it's also very clean and included a full set of teas and snacks. The shared outdoor and indoor onsens are absolutely gorgeous, and overlook mountains in the distance. I went to 10+ onsens in Japan and this was the best hands down - beautiful with those mountain views, and extremely clean. The food was also so delicious, and I felt stuffed after every breakfast and dinner. I super highly recommend this place!

Es war nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bushalteplatz Minakami Onsen entfernt und das Zimmer war sauber. Liebe den privaten Start übersehen auch den Fluss. Wir hatten dort nicht Frühstück, da der Preis für uns ein wenig steif war (~27 SGD) aber es gibt eine nahegelegene Backwaren und andere F&B, so dass das Essen nicht ein Problem war. Sie bieten PJs und ein Kardigan, um auch über. Personal war auch nett.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay! We truly loved it and had a wonderful night surrounded by serene nature. The view was absolutely beautiful — the lake is just right in front of the hotel! The place is spotless and very well maintained. But what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. A big shoutout to Mr. Ozu, the General Manager, for going the extra mile with his thoughtfulness! When he learned that we were heading to the ropeway the next day (and that there were no bus trips on weekdays), he kindly offered us a ride. He was also genuinely concerned about our hike and overall safety — so heartwarming! Since we didn’t get the dinner package and there was only one restaurant nearby that closed at 4 p.m., we decided to get a takeout for dinner. My friend also asked if there was a nearby café to buy a cake for my birthday, but there wasn’t any. Later that evening, after we came back from the onsen, someone knocked on our door and surprised us with a complimentary cake! They said it was because we didn’t have dinner and they wanted to celebrate my birthday. Awwww! Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! 🎂💖 In the morning, Mr. Ozu even gave us taxi numbers and the bus schedule for Yumoto Onsen, making sure our travel plans went smoothly. Truly amazing hospitality — we felt so cared for and appreciated throughout our stay! 🌿✨

Das Zimmer ist sehr neu, groß, sauber und komfortabel. Ich liebe das private Onsen Badtube am Balkon gegenüber dem Fluss, es ist sehr entspannend. Das tägliche Frühstück war gut, wir können wählen westlich oder japanisch den Tag vor. Abendessen Menü war lecker und schöne Präsentation.

Ich und meine Kinder lieben unser Aufenthalt hier so viel! Es ist die beste japanische Erfahrung. Sehr leckere Lebensmittel gut jedes Essen zubereitet. So ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Der Service ist sehr gut. Er nimmt mich auch. Die Einrichtungen sind perfekt. Das Zimmer hat auch 8 cm, die Landschaft des Tone-Flusses. Wenn Sie Glück haben, können Sie die Oberleitung sehen. 24 Stunden offener Pool. Wenn Sie in einem offenen Pool die Stimme des Nachtflusses und der freien Bewegung hören, fühlen Sie sich mit der Natur vereinigt. Ich möchte noch einmal gehen.
