Cranky woman at front counter was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming upon arrival. Booked two rooms via lastminute.com with special request on one of the rooms at the time of booking a week earlier due to father and daughter travelling if they could please have separate beds. Upon arrival we were advised each room only has a queen bed. Trying the 'I'll get angry at you before you can get angry at me approach' she went straight to accusing me of selecting a cheaper room. (Two people in a room ?) I asked if my request was looked at, and if there was any point making a request at all if its not read. She then went on to say 'well it still doesn't matter because you were the one who chose the wrong rooms' and that they did receive the request but the person who took the booking didn't tell her or call me to make other arrangements - so in other words they have their own internal communication issues. Very quick to relieve herself of any responsibility in the matter by allocating blame to her colleague (when we weren't at the point of being bothered - just stunned), hoping to simply comply and sort it out if possible. Without my request to do so she rang another incoming traveller asking her to give up her 'executive suite' and that we should count ourselves lucky that she did. I advised her to charge whatever difference in cost to me there is was a result only to be patronised by saying that she will 'let it slide on this occasion' (like there will be another occasion!). If you like having your head bitten off and being treated with contempt the moment you arrive, this is the place for you. Very average property which without a basic level of polite service to compensate does not represent the town favourably. Walls are like paper - had to sleep with my headphones due to people having loud sex in the room next door, and woken early by maintenance at 6am using a blower vac outside the building.

We only had a night stay in this motel. We arrived close to midnight from a long drive (SA) and we had received after-hours checking in instruction from the reception people. It was a good stop (location) if you want to have a break from driving between SA and VIC.

Das war der beste Ort jemals, ein großes Zimmer, und ein Bonus war die sehr heiße Dusche mit großem Wasserdruck. Halten Sie dort wieder. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war schön und heiß. Die Lage, während auf der Main Street schön und ruhig war, konnte überhaupt keine Straßenlärm hören. Kann nicht genug gute Sachen über diesen Ort sagen. Gute Job-Kerle

Klassische altes Stil pub ..... Hohe Decken und vintage Badezimmer und Möbel. War sehr glücklich mit meinem Budget-Aufenthalt. Das Personalmitglied, das mich in mein Zimmer zeigte, hatte ein wunderschönes Lächeln und Augen mit einem Sparkle. Würde wieder aufhalten 😘

Das lokale Motel, sehr freundlich, hat mir das Zimmer aktualisiert, das Bett ist nicht komfortabel genug, für das Motel ist es schon sehr sauber.

Alte und datei aber sehr sauber. Lage ist groß und das Personal sehr freundlich. Betten waren vernünftig bequem, TV ein wenig klein aber machte den Job. Der größte Nebenteil war der Mangel an Druck in der Dusche; konnte meine Haare nicht waschen.
