Ich habe von der Straße angerufen und wurde ein Preis angeboten, der mit den Online-Reservierungsraten vergleichbar war. Einchecken war schnell und effizient und sie gab mir die Zahl, um mein Preisprogramm zu reaktivieren, so dass ich Punkte auf dem Aufenthalt sammeln konnte. Es schien, dass die Kraft für einige Reparaturen ausgegangen war, da die Eismaschinen noch nicht produzierten, was wahrscheinlich war, warum unser Kühlschrank einen 'off' Geruch hatte und sie uns mittels eines Zwischenstoßes in den Zimmer neben der Tür umgesiedelt. Die Betten waren komfortabel, das Zimmer war sauber und hatten keinen duftenden Geruch. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn, aber wir wurden nicht durch irgendein Lärm wach gehalten. Das nächste Frühstück hatte eine Vielzahl von Angeboten und die Gegend war sauber. Der Besitzer/Manager (Ich nehme an) nahm mich an und sagte mir, er hätte mir bereits einen Rabatt wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten gegeben und er war auch vor Ort, um sicherzustellen, dass alles auf den Boden gefallen sofort aufgeschüttet wurde. Dies war der beste Kundenservice, den wir auf einer 9-Tage-Straßenreise erlebt haben und ich zöge nicht, hier nochmal zu bleiben.

This was a great stay from check in the front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile there was a lady at the desk I didn’t get her name but she was very informative. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The housekeeper service my room daily. It was quiet and all the staff were welcoming. We will stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while passing through. This hotel is really nice and clean and they have excellent employees. There is a restaurant/bar in the place and the food was excellent. My wife and I got quesadillas and they were so large and plentiful we had to take some with us as we couldn’t finish them all. It was $13 for the quesadillas and beers were very reasonable $3.50 and $4.00. If you are passing through and looking for a place to stay this is the one. I would definitely stay there again if in the area. Very nice place.
