Beliebte 4-Sterne-Hotels in Hoofddorp

Das Hotel war im Allgemeinen sehr gut für den Preis. Enttäuscht bin ich, da ich unter anderem aufgrund des Hallenbads gebucht habe und dieses wohl gerade renoviert wird und aufgrund dessen nicht benutzt werden kann. Zudem waren die Damen an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, ständig genervt und am Handy, aber nicht mein Problem 😉 Danke !

Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und am Eingang des Hotels gibt es einen Raucherbereich. Das Frühstück ist etwas einfach und das Hotel bietet Buffets zum Mittag- und Abendessen, was praktisch und schnell ist. Das Parken kostet 20 Euro/Nacht. Nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Werde wiederkommen.

Wir hatten kurzfristig (2 Tage vorher) das Hotel gebucht und in der Buchung geschrieben, dass wir mit Hund anreisen. Buchungsbestätigung kam am nächsten Tag. Am Tag der Anreise haben wir den Online-Checkin gemacht und wieder extra angegeben, dass wir mit Hund anreisen. Die Ankuft hatten wir mit 15 Uhr angegeben. Über Buchungsportale wurde angezeigt, dass Hunde dort übernachten können. Auf der Seite des Hotels - wo wir direkt gebucht haben - war keine Info zu Hunden zu finde. Da wir doch länger am Strand bleiben wollten, haben wir sicherheitshalber angerufen und wollten Bescheid sagen. Da stellte sich heraus, dass Hunde dort NICHT übernachten dürfen. Das ist grundsätzlich ja verständlich und okay. Allerdings hatten wir mit Hund schon in anderen Novotels ohne Probleme übernachtet. Was aber nicht geht, ist, dass wir nicht informiert worden sind! Das ist wirklich schlechter Service und eine Katastrophe, wenn man um 16:30 Uhr erfährt, dass man kein Dach über dem Kopf hat. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kinder und Hund ist es eh schon nicht so einfach etwas zu finden. Geld wurde auch bereits abgebucht, im System wurde die Übernachtung nicht als storniert angezeigt. Und am Abend wurden wir an den Check-Out erinnert. Da funktionierte auch das Computersystem nicht wirklich... War leider auch bereits die zweite schlechte Erfahrung in einem Novotel. Novotel? Nie wieder!! Nach 3 Stunden Recherche fanden wir zum Glück Ersatz - wegen Formel 1 war alles ausgebucht... Dort gab es dogar Lekkerli und Spielzeug für unseren Hund.

sehr schön. Ich habe am Anfang reserviert, weil es Personal gab, das Chinesisch sprechen konnte, aber ich habe nachgefragt, aber es gab keines. Bitte melden Sie dieses Hotel also nicht erneut. Der Flughafen-Shuttlebus ist sehr praktisch, aber die Einstellung des Fahrers ist nicht sehr gut

Frontdesk female at check in 19:45 seemed a bit annoyed by something and very busy. Got two room cards, but apparently non of them were working. Got two new cards again and at least one was working. Elevator needed card access and also a door before the corridor before room needed access card, first time seen this. Safety ++ Room was Okey more or less. Mirror in room was badly broken. Sliding window not possible to lock, push pin broken. Room AC fan had a very annoying sound, but that I can easily live with. Bathroom was very good and large. TV, very good international selection to choose from. WIFI was 30-40 Mbit so easy to stream all possible media. Due to early check-out 05:30 then hotel was able to provide a early morning breakfast pickup bag @ 05:00. That was a very nice breakfast option to provide, does require a frontdesk request before 24:00. Generally a good average hotel for business travellers. Also free frequent shuttle transport from/to airport.

Großes Hotel in Flughafennähe, aber ohne störenden Fluglärm. Das Zimmer mit 2 Queensize Betten großzügig, das Bad mit Dusche und Wanne in einwandfreien Zustand. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Eierspeisen. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Das ganze für unter 100€ ÜF in der Hauptsaison , hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis !

Wir haben das Hampton für eine Nacht vor dem Abflug unserer Tochter nach Kanada genutzt. Einfaches Hotel mit bequemen Betten in ausreichend großen Zimmern. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Durfte mein Auto ohne Probleme länger stehen lassen. Sind mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen gefahren und waren innerhalb von 7 Minuten am Terminal. Zurück haben wir die Bahn genutzt. 1 Station vom Flughafen. War schneller als mit dem Auto. Mit Handgepäck gut zu schaffen, mit großen Koffern muss man fit sein, auch wenn der Fußweg vom Hotel zum Bahnhof ca. 5-10 Minuten beträgt, je nach dem, wie gut man zu Fuß ist.

With a 7 am flight, I booked the Moxy for a night. I had stayed at other Moxy properties so I knew what to expect. The shuttle from the airport was a bit confusing. You have to look for the NH hotel shuttle which also does Moxy. I got lucky as it arrived when I got there. Ordering drinks and food is an ordeal. You have order and they punch everything in and sign. It took a long time t process each order. The food took almost 45 min. I wanted another glass of wine but didn’t want to wait in line and pay / sign for it each time. So took the food to the room and ate there. In the morning, the shuttle does not run till 5:45 am, so I tried and Uber. No luck. A nice guest offered to give me a ride in the can she ordered. That was very kind. When we got to the airport, the driver said that I also have to pay as they do it by number of room and that is the rule / policy of the hotel. That didn’t sound right so I refused to pay told the driver to have the hotel contact me resolve and headed for my flight. Not the best experience leaving the hotel. The 3 star rating is because of the food / Bev process and the set up “arrangement” for taxi.

The staff at this hotel are truly awesome. They cater to your every need and try to make your stay at their hotel as comfortable as possible. They serve a good breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants etc) but they don't serve lunch or supper so you're on your own. There is a grocery store nearby and since the rooms have a kitchen with a coffeemaker, kettle, microwave and stovetop, you can always cook your own. Another plus is that the transit system is fantastic with a bus stopping outside the hotel every 10 minutes that takes you to the airport and then downtown Amsterdam. There is also a train station nearby. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is equipped with a washer and dryer which is a nice touch. I want to give a special shout out to the front desk staff - Tanya, Monica and Abdullah - they were the nicest and most helpful people always going out of their way to answer my questions about all things Dutch. I would recommend this hotel for their wonderful staff and value for your money.
