Espacio the Jewel of Waikiki

Finding the Jewel of Waikiki's entrance will be your toughest experience, as once the staff comes to the curb parking to greet you, the royalty service begins. The two of us stayed in the 8th floor Jade 3 bedroom Suite, which was overkill, but the wow factor set in quick and we settled in. Staff is really amazing, from the bellmen, to the lounge check-in, all are professional with a little humor. Our stay was over a three day period and we filled it with daily breakfast at their exceptional built in restaurant downstairs, staff was super, as was the food. Having the elevator come to just your floor is both private and makes for even more of the experience, once in, there are multiple zones, and electronic controls for all the areas. The lights, shades, privacy, and modes are preprogrammed for easy use and understanding. All the toilets are top of the line electronic, heated seats, motion detect for entry by opening up, auto flush, bidet all built in. Outside decking wraps the full front area of building overlooking Waikiki and comes complete with a master bedroom entrance with comfy chairs, down to the built in Jacuzzi with lighting and stairs, then another area of lounging with a large circular lounge love chair. Sunsets, beach, people activity on the street are both entertaining and exciting. The kitchen is awesome, probably not used much but we went for it the last day and cooked up a special meal. Maid service may include three of their staff and they come up another private elevator and are all equally professional and courteous. We had a absolutely wonderful time there and even spent time on the roof at the private infinity pool - jacuzzi - lounge area, which is all yours if asked. That was a super special last night overlooking Waikiki !

One of the best hotels on the planet. Everything about Espacio is magical. I can't imagine a better location for Honolulu (much less anywhere else). Will return here as often as possible!

Breakfast at Espacio/Mugen was truly a highlight of our trip! From the moment we sat down, it was clear that this was a high-end dining experience. The attention to detail, the expertly crafted dishes, and the impeccable service made for an unforgettable morning. Every bite was perfection, showcasing the finest ingredients and thoughtful presentation.

We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage. A huge thank you to Anna! My parents, who are in their mid-80s, faced a 15-hour flight delay due to weather in Korea. Anna went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well taken care of until their departure. Without her help, the last day of their Hawaii trip could have been stressful and disappointing. Thanks to Anna, their trip ended on a positive note. Wesley was another standout staff member. Every morning, he treated us to the best breakfast experience. He was attentive and always made sure to accommodate our requests. His kindness and professionalism made each day start off perfectly. The pool on the top floor was amazing! Being able to reserve it for private family use was such a unique and luxurious experience. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is warm and friendly. Despite my parents' flight delay, which could have ruined the last day of our trip, Anna and the team saved the day and left us with wonderful memories. In my 50 years, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii—you won't regret it! Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay unforgettable!

This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. We have stayed at some high end places and this will be on our Mt Rushmore of hotels. You are attacked with an onslaught of service from the moment you arrive. (They know and are waiting for you to drive up). We had a family of four and everyone was treated amazingly. They took note of our allergies and custom made food for our kids. They have a pool and hot tub on the top floor that you can reserve for 90 minutes each day (all to yourself). Location is right across the street from Waikiki beach. They provide towels, umbrellas and chairs. Each room is a full floor suite. You have your own elevator, your own hot tub and sauna. Everybody gets a robe and slippers. Beach bag and cooler. Fantastic shower and all Toto bidets. Turn down service with snacks and waters. They really anticipate your every move. If anyone else was there we wouldn’t know. It really feels likes a one on one experience. Food was excellent and restaurant very intimate. Truly made to order. We can’t say enough. Everyone should try this once. Easily the best hotel in Waikiki. Probably the island.

This place is the best in Hawaii for sure. I’ve stayed everywhere. The four seasons and ritz Carlton etc etc. this place is above and beyond though. The food is excellent and rooms are all suites. What else can you ask for ? Also the service is top notch. Shout out to Wesley, Chef, Ralph Manu, and the rest of the staff for making my family happy. You guys are the best and I will come back many times . Private dining is a must . Massage was excellent. Would recommend this place any day. Also private pool for your family. Also they have pick up and drop off from airport and free rental car Lincoln Navigator during my stay. You guys are the best keep it up !
