New to this platform. Never again! After making a last min. booking from the airport for a lay over hotel stay when I finally arrived to the reception (after 48 hrs. of International travel and having not slept, and a taxi driver who tried to rip me off I go to the make shift reception area on the 3 rd floor of the hotel with holes in the wall.) I tried to check in but couldn't b/c the name on the booking was my gf instead of mine which was done automatically from the info. stored on my account. There was no possibility of editing after contacting customer support of Trip.com and hotel management. They advertised the rate of $73 minus $40 in gold tier trip .com points. It should have cots me $30. But istead with all the at check out it was $120. I booked at a near by hotel and finally got in bed over 2 hours later. I am done with this shaming platform riddled with red tape issues they don't tell you about. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

泳池不大。但是冷熱都有。 很適合孩子們玩兒。
