Shama Central

I had a pleasant time at the Shama Central. It was a really lovely hotel/ service apartment. The room was quite spacious, with a big dining room and living room too. Everything looked fairly nice. And the hotel was located at a convenient area, with many good restaurants nearby! The whole apartment was kinda dreamy, view was ok. However, the one problem was the front desk staff. When we were checking out, the female frontdesk staff member was really rude. Her attitude was very poor and I felt rather surprised by her attitude. It was such a shame because the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but it ended on such a negative note because of her!

Great location and large space. Just construction around was a bit noisy.

上週住了一週這個酒店，整個就被酒店的操作搞蒙了。 剛入住的時候，給了我最低樓層，我説能不能高一點，對方看了我一樣，説沒有了。哎，攜程上明明還可以訂。好吧，我也接受了。住了兩天，懶得搬了，在攜程上提前一天辦了“原房續住”，結果晚上回去告訴，不行，明天你要往上搬。我問為什麼，他説客户已經訂了。我説我辦的是原房續住，什麼是原房。前台説，不行，衹能給你同類型房間。醉了。我説，我就是不願意重新收拾房間，如果這樣，那我就退了。對方表示，你已經訂了不能退。我再次強調：是你們不能給我原房續住，你們的原因。他們説不行，就是不能退。好吧，你們贏了。而且還跟我強調，他們跟攜程沒有合作，我要退，自己去找攜程。
