Very convenient, easy access from airport and to any typical locations in HK. Although the building is far from fantastic but it's acceptable for sleeping with cleanness. Down point is I had experience in some room has very bad smell from maybe the other guest, trying to avoid otherwise can't stand more than one night and hardly sleeping because of it.

Room is smelly which made me uncomfortable all through time in the room. There's someone else's used towel left in the bathroom, probably cleaning stuff has forgotten but don't want to see in your room.

Too pricey compared to other guests houses around the area.

1. The check-in staff has good services, attitudes are good, but the house keeping better start their duty on or 11:00am, because the check out time on 12:00pm. 2.My toilet (room. 27 at 2/F)has little bad smell, may be the next room use the toilet at the same time. 3.Room 27, (Outside has the construction with the bamboo), Don't worries, Don't put yours belongings near the window, Suggestion:, Open all big windows and my breath is good! *The owner must mention the clients in advance onthe Web-site which is better* (when is the construction period) 4.the clients just leave their room keys at the table when they check out, it was Uvery u safety, If somebody stole it. (Suggestion) : The owner shall set up the collect box to keep keys)

The service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved.

Good Location but really small

地理位置超級棒，在尖沙咀地鐵站不到200米的一棟居民樓裏，生活很便利。房間超級小，兩個人就已經很侷促了，但設施還是相對齊全，毛巾和洗漱用具都有，衞生也不錯。老闆人很好，環境也不吵鬧。旅遊旺季一晚一千多，性價比不高但也沒太多選擇。

我從台灣飛，跟朋友2人選了2張單人床、認真覺得這個價格很便宜～畢竟香港物價高什麼都小，熱水很夠👍水很強！老闆娘人超好！行李可以寄放，有網路可以使用！還有免費轉接頭～重點附近超多吃的逛的地鐵路口在旁邊整體很棒喔👍

老闆內地人 很親切 房間內有Wi-Fi 連住三晚 在香港寸土寸金的地方 價格這麼便宜 不能要求像星級酒店一樣既要…又要。去地鐵站 便利店 機場都很方便 。附近還有一家雲南米線，很好吃 衹是有一點不滿意 我連住三晚 跟老闆説簡單搞一下衞生就行 真的衹是簡單扔了一個垃圾 第二天毛巾也沒有換 地上滿地的頭髮 希望改進 

เป็นที่พักที่ยอดเยี่ยม ผมเป็นคนไทยที่ภาษาอังกฤษกับภาษาขจีนแค่1% แต่ทางเจ้าของที่นี่ดูแลดีมาก ไม่เคยเห็นหน้าแต่ตอบแชทและให้คำปนะนำดีเยี่ยม คุยตลอด24ชม.เลย แถมวันกลับเช็คเอ้าส์ออกแล้วทางเจ้าของยังให้ฝากกระเป๋าไว้ก่อนได้ด้วย มารับกระเป๋ากลับสนามบินตอน 14:00 เจ้าของใจดีเป็นกันเอง แนะนำว่าหากจะเปลี่ยนผ้าปูหรือผ้าเช็ดตัวต้องแจ้งทุดเช้าครับ เพราะทางที่พักอาจจะลืม แต่โดยรวมคือดีเวอร์ แทบไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่และกลิ่นอับของห้องเลย แนะนำครับ

房間乾淨 位置極佳。幾步就到地鐵站了，幾分鐘就到維港了，帶孩子出來特別方便。還能免費寄存行李。門口有老闆微信，有遊玩路線等問題可以隨時諮詢，老闆會熱心回答。帶孩子出來玩，住在這裏真的太適合了，少折騰，真的非常方便。

賓館就在地鐵口 乾淨衞生 雙重電子鎖很安全 房間冷氣很足 有轉換插頭 還可以借充電線 性價比很高 聽老闆説所有房間都有窗户 這點很不錯👍

位置好，交通便利，地鐵很近！附近購物吃東西的很多。 房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，價格也很合理，老闆非常熱情，很贊！
