Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Waterways

We had a great stay at Premier inn Waterways at Stratford upon Avon, the room was very good and the £10,99 breakfast was great value for money ,the staff were very polite and always helpful even though they were very busy nothing was too much trouble

Really enjoyed our stay here. The food was lovely and the rooms clean The TV had loads of channels to choose from. The shower was amazing with a waterfall head and a hand shower too. The purple lighting option in the bathroom is a great idea to leave on during the night. Windows do not open but the aircon works perfectly. The restaurant overlooks the canal and we saw swans, signets and even an otter. The walk alongside the canal is lovely. The best thing about this hotel though is the staff. They are really busy and have to do a lot of different jobs, working front of house and bar and restaurant all at the same time. They all found time to have a little chat and make sure everything was OK. There were a few difficult guests yet the staff managed to keep a smile on their faces and tried to help in any way they could. They definitely need to be paid more and for there to be more staff.

We stayed over here for three days just before the Easter break and it was getting busy. We had a lovely view from our room and we could see the boats with the canals. There is a McDonald's around the corner and a large shopping complex up the road. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and under a 15 minute walk into town. The staff were all friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here .

This is a very nice Premier Inn branch, in a convenient location, and only a few minutes walk from the town centre. The room was excellent, and very clean. A nice walk in shower with plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable as always. If I was being ultra fussy, I would just say that for me personally, the pillows were too firm, but many people may prefer this. The staff were friendly. I only paid £41 for two people for a night's stay, and just over £20 for breakfast for two. It was £7 for overnight parking. You just can't complain at these prices, I don't know how they do it. I highly recommend this place.
