Cozy farmhouse, centrally located just outside of Ithaca - 2 minutes to Taughannock Falls State Park, Black Diamond Trail and beautiful Cayuga Lake. Convenient to Trumansburg (5 MIN), Ithaca (10 MIN), Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake (20 MIN), Syracuse (75 MIN) and Rochester (90 MIN). Close to parks, gorges, wineries, Cornell and Ithaca College.The two bedrooms have a queen and full sized bed and the designated office space has a twin. An air mattress is available upon request. The front room has two living room chairs and a dining space that seats four people comfortably. The TV nook in the back is cozy and the L-couch seats four comfortably. There's a second desk in the TV room.This is a sweet, old farm house, so be ready for various squeaky floors! Please note, the bathroom is on the second floor.
