Additional amenities include two tennis courts, fitness center, laundry facility, and clubhouse with pool table. There is a small marina with one transient/day dock available and boat slips that can be rented. Kayak storage and bike storage available. Prior approval required.You are minutes from the popular Fort Desoto park covering over 1,100 acres on the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. There are dedicated biking and jogging trails out to the Fort right at the community entrance. Here you can find spacious and immaculate beaches with playgrounds, pavilions, and snack bars.
