Recently updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo that sleeps 4 guests comfortably (with a pull-out sofa bed)—located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available to log onto your favorite streaming channels.This spacious 1 bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plenty of closet space, and a full-size dresser. We also have a small tabletop ironing board for your use. Off of the bedroom is a small patio overlooking the pond with beautiful sunsets and mountain views. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and just relax!!The living space has a comfortable pull-out sofa bed and comfortable additional chairs to enjoy. Sit back enjoy a nice refreshing beverage, and relax after a long day of adventures!The Kitchen is newly updated and the dining room seats 4 comfortably. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and accessories. Coffee and tea are provided and we do not offer daily food items. There is a full-size washer and dryer, plus plenty of towels and linens for short or long-term stays. The facility has a newly updated swimming pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! You will be centrally located between shops, fine dining restaurants, and fun for the whole family in Surprise, Peoria, and Glendale. The Cardinals Stadium, Surprise, Goodyear, and Peoria Spring Training facilities are a short distance from where you will be staying.
