The living room has access to the screened porch with plenty of seating and a definite coastal flair. Adjacent to the screened porch is a small uncovered deck perfect for soaking up some sun. Six steps up bring you to the dining area with seating for 6 and the adjacent kitchen. Another wonderful feature is the access to the community dock which is a peaceful place to wander and explore. There is also a neighborhood pool that is in a beautiful, private setting just down the street. Seabrook Islands 3.5 miles of beautiful beach is just a short car or bike ride away, as well as the Beach Club and Island House. This terrific vacation property is also pet friendly for (1) dog.
