Our little cottage sits on a serene double lot with lots of privacy in a gated community. The main cottage has 2 bedrooms with a hall-accessed full bath and an open loft upstairs with its own bathroom, twin bed and sofa. Above the garage is a cute studio with a full bath and its own kitchenette. Bedrooms are comfortable with a king size bed in one and queen size in the other, including smart tvs. The kitchen is fully stocked along with a well-appointed coffee and tea bar. Think cozy NYC size kitchen in the main cottage but it has everything a cook needs to prepare meals along with a vast open backyard area with grill, picnic table, deck and covered pavilion for gathering. Gaze at the stars in the night sky while soaking in the hot tub* or enjoy a fire at either the gazebo fireplace or the central fire pit at night!During the day explore the nature trails in the neighborhood or park just around the corner with water access. Put out your kayaks there or just splash around. Basketball and sand volleyball courts available, too!(*Please note that as of 3/30 the heating unit on the hot tub is currently not functioning and we are working on a solution.
