This unit is located on the second floor, guests must be able to walk up stairs. Four Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for any unmetered spot in town are provided, in addition to one parking spot in lot. Linens are not provided. Guests must purchase $79 Vacation Rental damage insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage.
