We got you covered!This tiny house has everything you need to enjoy your stay with all the comforts of home, just smaller!The house features a small kitchenette with a small fridge, full bath and a full size bed.Casita Chica sits in our backyard with its own side entrance and parking spot for your convenience. Casita Chica is it’s very own spot. No worries about sharing space with your host other than your parking spot. This cute little tiny home is separated by a fence to keep the space yours to enjoy freely.We have 2 window ac units built into the walls to keep you cool during the day and seasonal, portable, heaters for our cool weather days and nights.A small kitchenette is available for your use with the basic essentials for home cooked meals, a refrigerator to keep your groceries and a microwave for anything you need to heat quick and easy.Laundry is not available on site but for our long term stays we do offer to wash your linens and towels to help keep you feeling fresh.We are pet friendly! Please keep in mind that we also have pets as well, 4 beautiful dogs known as Gibbs, Tim Tim, Ty and Nymeria.Our 2 Australian shepherds LOVE the outdoors and spend a good amount of their day outside when the weather is nice. We do try to be mindful of the time they are out but if they interfere with your sleep feel free to let us know your schedule and we will work with it as best we can.The casita has a 2 pet limit under 30lbs due to the house sizing to keep your stay comfortable.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:Clean grill if used to avoid $25 cleaning fee.Clean up any pet waste and dispose in designated trash bin outside the casita.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About events:No events allowed.

It is a treat to stay in this house. This is an English Tudor Home/Castle with over 5,000 square feet of space to enjoy plus a lush garden with various seating areas. No need for you to rent a hotel when THE CASTLE is the perfect mini mansion for family or business travelers needs. Each piece of furniture was carefully selected to fit the style of the home, filled with antiques. This home sits almost on top of a hill where the wind blows freely and wild and exotic birds can be observed.The spaceWe are located in the city limits, but given the space and location...at times it almost seems like it’s outside the city. It’s a very peaceful area. Where you can either sit in the front yard, or back patio and enjoy the birds passing by or stopping by for a visit. The airport, the expressway, the convention center, the mall, dinning, library, and shopping are all at less than 5 minutes away.This is a very spacious home with 5,000 square feet for a family to enjoy or business travelers. 5 bedrooms to enjoy, large kitchen with all the essentials, a TV room, a formal and informal living, a formal and informal dinning, a bar or coffee bar in both formal living and TV room, perfect to watch games in TV. A very large back patio with lots of seating areas. It has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 10 or more guests. FYI it’s a 2 story home, so caution with small children.
