Brand new house perfect for big groups or multiple families! Built in 2022, Big Fish Lodge is a beautifully decorated house just 3 blocks from the harbor and minutes to the Gulf. You’ll love how nice, new and clean this home is. The bedrooms are large and spacious, the house is gated, secluded and very private , over 1 acre property. There is nothing in Matagorda that compares. The house very comfortably sleeps 18. Outside you’ll find a covered pavilion with plenty of seating and a grill. Property is completely surrounded by bamboo for full privacy, feels like your in a tropical jungle. There is a guest house next door that can be rented as well. We expect shoes to be taken off and spills/messes to be cleaned up. Extra cleaning fees will be applied as needed. Guest house next door is also available for bookings, and is sometimes occupied .
