The sectional is equips with a memory foam full pull-out, or, if you prefer, there is a queen air mattress also available. Bedroom - bedroom has a custom built, queen bed and black-out shutters that will ensure a full and satisfying nights rest. In the closet you will also find an ironing board, iron, extra pillows and blankets and ample room to hang your clothes while you are in town. Second bed / sleeping space - a queen air mattress with extra linens, duvet and pillows can be found in the closet if additional sleeping space is needed.Guest accessWhile staying at my home, you will have full, private access to the entire lower unit of my home (as you can see in the pictures). The garage is off-limits as it is used for personal storage when my home is rented to a guest.*Please note that the house has two separate units and a couple lives in the upstairs unit, so please be respectful of noise.-Just two blocks away from Washington (Wash) Park, a wonderful space for families and friends to enjoy outdoor recreation, picnics, evening strolls and afternoon bike rides and rollerblading. Explore paddle boarding or paddle boating in the park's lakes, or enjoy a scenic run amongst flower gardens and tree lined paths.- Located around the corner from hot spots for brunch, happy hour & dinner!- Easy access to downtown Denver's famed restaurant scene.- 1 mile from Cherry Creek Mall/Cherry Creek North- Near Old South Gaylord Street, an epicenter of fashion and gastronomy.- Close to South Pearl Street, home to the Sunday Farmer's Market, boutique coffee shops and thrift stores. There is laundry in the house as well available for guest use!*Pablo's Coffee and Subculture are also in the building* for access to coffee and sandwiches!Things that we want to mention:1) We do live in this home during the time is it not being rented. You will find personal items that may make your stay more unique than a home that is just for VRBO.2) We live on a busy street. The perk about this is location and being walking distance to everything but the only negative is that you *may* hear people talking as they walk by or cars driving.Other things to noteA dog lives here on the days we are not renting out to VRBO.
