This eco-friendly cabin was designed with sustainability and comfort in mind.The cabin features a full bath with stand-up shower and all the essentials, a Sleep Number queen bed, and a pull-out couch to accommodate two additional guests. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, and utensils. Dishes are washed in the shed and the water used for a 30 gal. pond. Enjoy cooking on the two-burner gas cooktop or grill located on the porch. A propane firepit is provided for cozy evenings on the porch, and a traditional firepit is also available, though please note that wood fire use may be restricted during a county-wide burn ban. A mini-split wall unit offers both A/C and heat for year-round comfort. Stay connected with Starlink high-speed internet, ensuring you can work or stream during your stay. ALMA RANCH is a unique property, located on Terilingua Ranch, 4 miles from the Terlingua Ranch Lodge, The Bad Rabbit Cafe and the swimming pool, available to you. This trailer has all the cmforts of home, with electricity, AC/heat and a septic system (which means flushable toilets). The kitchen is fully stocked, including a full size refridgerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. We provide some drinkung water to get you started and coffee. It is nestled in the mountains and provides view as far as the eye can see. The night sky is amazing. Stars forever.
