It's equipped with a large main refrigerator perfect for big families (the smaller one is retired), and while she has two sinks, one is happily on duty and has always been plenty for a crowd (you'll see a little note on the one taking a rest).We believe in honest charm, so you should know a couple of things: our sunroom is currently taking a little beauty rest (closed for repairs). And, like many homes with history, very rarely, a little reminder of a good Houston rain and moisture might appear as a small puddle in a corner of the living room. surprisingly it never happens during the rain. It’s a tiny, infrequent quirk that happens a few days after a lot of moisture and we’ve got it covered with clear instructions and special colorful towels nearby should you need them – she more than makes up for it with her abundant space and character!Step outside to a large front yard and a private, fenced backyard perfect for outdoor fun and relaxation.
