The most filthy disgusting dump ever. From what I could see. The main door was wide open when I arrived I looked in and just knew instantly I would have issues. I never dreamed it would be as bad as it was. I tried to gey the key from the lockbox and it wasn't working. I followed instructions to the letter. I obviously called to enquire and was shocked with how MARK dealt with me, rude, abusive and unhelpful. I didn't get in and I am sorry that I politely closed the door as he asked. I should have left it, as I didn't open it. I ended up going back to hospital and had no choice but to sleep in my car, which in fairness was probably a better option given the state of the door way and hall leading to other doors and a staircase with ancient dirty red carpet. Let's hope *********** and PayPal sort out my refund and block this scumbag ripping off anyone else. I was in a vulnerable situation and was left without a bed which I paid for.... what a horrible experience on top of having ongoing hospital treatment the following morning, which was why I booked the room in the first place. ADVICE.... PAY A LITTLE MORE AND KEEP AWAY FROM THOS SESPIT .
